La reservación se confirmó a las 8:15, el lugar estaba cerrado al llegar, no había nadie entendiendo y los chicos del lugar ya casi terminaban de levantar y limpiar el lugar.

No tenían varios platillos en el menú, lo tienen que actualizar. Algunos platillos con una ejecución fantástica y otros les falla un poco. La atención con muy pocas mesas deja mucho que desear y más al pedir agua tres veces. El ambiente y música muy agradable

Un restaurante con mucho detalle, excelente servicio y muy agradable para ir a cenar en grupo o en pareja. Se puede platicar y compartir platillos. Todo lo que pedimos nos gusto mucho y recomiendo pedir un coctel antes del vino.

Stopped ordering after the 3rd dish. It was their catch of the day and it was just terrible. Their staff is amazing and they took it of my check. Service is on point, the kitchen is struggling. Long waiting periods for food to come out, and sub par food coming out. The ceviches are good. Everything else is subpar. A lot of items on the menu not available. Fix your kitchen and I would be back due to the friendly staff.

Estuve un sábado y ordenamos por recomendación taquitos de frijol, una burrata, linguini con chile quebrado y mariscos pulpo asado con Chimichurri y de postre un panqué de elote, todo ello lo acompañamos con un vino tinto. Los taquitos de frijol son literal una tortilla doblada con unos frijoles desabridos que por fuera tienen espolvoreado un queso en extremo raquítico. La burrata esta bien en general, se acompaña con un pesto que realmente lo puedes probar en cualquier otro lugar. El linguini con mariscos es realmente desagradable y desabrido no es pasta elaborada en el lugar o de alguna mediana calidad, sino, de esa que compras en cualquier tienda, mala, desabrida, realmente desagradable, eso si la acompañan con seis camarones y cinco mejillones que parecería escogieron los mas pequeños del mercado. El pulpo con chimichurri son tres pequeños tentáculos a la parrilla, lo cual se traduce en un plato que debería anunciarse como entrada, ademas de que no tiene sabor ni sazón. Finalmente, el panqué de elote es un postre de esos que no pasa a la historia. En conclusión, Calette es un restaurante que no hace honor al apellido de una gran familia tijuanense y que mas bien invita a no regresar, los comensales que ese día acudimos teníamos la misma. expresión de sorpresa, por 50 dólares por persona mas la bebida, es de esos lugares que uno visita y jamas regresa.

Todo estuvo muy bien, muy agradable el lugar, el servicio de los meseros es bueno también, la comida no fue excelente pero si regreso al lugar. Otro detalle fue que no encontraron mi reservacion que no existia, al final de cuenta si habia mesa disponible
