Crystal our server was amazing. Totally got what we wanted and needed and in a time crunch tonser BB&T tennis. Food well prepared. Will definitely come back.
CPK didn't actually have an OpenTable kiosk. They said "oh, we don't really use that, but there's no wait anyway."
We’ve visited CPK so many times. This time it was right before closing, so maybe that’s why things were off. Food and drink not as good as usual. Service was slower than usual. We’ll still be back though.
This particular CPK doesn’t offer Priority Seating. I made reservations on Open Table but once we arrived we were told they don’t offer priority seating nor do they accept reservations. We were put at the bottom of the wait list. Almost missed our movie because of that.
I really like the roasted veggie salad and the 5 cheese pizzas was excellent our waitress took very good. Go back another time.
priority seating is pointless. the hosts told us that we would still have to wait for a table so we ended up eating at the bar.
We've been to many CPK restaurants and this is the best we've ever seen for thin crust pizza and flatbread. Great experience, and they know how to make sure the Open Table points are credited.
Had a great time but our server kept interrupting us at odd times during our visit.
Best thin crust pizza we've ever had at a CPK. Manager also figured out how to get the reservation completion into Open Table.
There is no priority seating list. As the hostess told us “there is the phone and me, those are the only ways on the wait list”.
Open Table is useless at this establishment.
As always, California Pizza Kitchen has amazing food. My go to is the Spinach Artichoke Dip and the Avocado Egg Rolls. This time however, they were out of egg rolls so we got the Cauliflower Buffalo instead which was also good. The food is a bit pricy and service is slow due to the sheer number of people. This time though we didn’t have to wait at all when we reserved through this app which was awesome.
Reserved on Open Table, when I arrived I was advised that "ohhh, we don't get those", so they promised to put me at the to of the wait list and proceeded to forget that we were even there. I had to watch 6 other tables being called (which came in AFTER us) because the hostess forgot!
When we arrived the hostess told us it would be 5 minutes. Despite being on the preferred seating list, it took us 30 minutes to get seated because the hostess skipped over us and then did not think we should be seated with priority until my husband spoke to the manager.
