   I like this place and will come back despite giving 3 stars, but last night was very cold and everyone was complaining about the fact that there was barely any heating. Outside temperature was 54 degrees and the heat was only working in the middle section of the restaurant. Towards the back and at the front it was cold. That made it a subpar experience. This being said the food is pretty consistent and our server was great. No pressure or “fake positive attitude”

   Food is excellent, very fresh and filling. Couple of things were a little cold but no big deal. Watermelon salad was the best I’ve ever had. Service was a little slow but their friendly demeanor made up for it. Gratuity included is a nice idea but I didn’t notice until afterwards so I double tipped lol valet is great. Fun place to relax for dinner after long work week and then enjoy the music with few drinks after

   Started off having to wait 15 mins to be sat at our table. Waiter tells us immediately the bar is backed up and all of our drinks took almost 30 mins to come out. And when they came out they weren’t even good. The appetizers came out cold and the calamari looked (and tasted) like it was fried 3 times. The $130 lobster pasta was another big disappointment. There was no room to stand at the tiny bar section so we had to leave immediately after dinner. Overall big disappointment

   The live band starting at 7:30pm was so loud you couldn’t hear yourself think. It would have been better having the band outside. Everyone could have heard it perfectly well.

   It should have been indicated on Open Table that there would be about 7 bridal dinners that were incredibly loud. It was impossible to have a conversation. All the activities were inside. I normally eat outside with the music and it is normally wonderful. This was a most unpleasant evening.

   OH MY GOD! Literally the coolest place I’ve been to in the Hamptons by a MILE . First off, hostesses were so sweet. Second, the food was SOOO GOOD. Dara was amazing and so helpful. The vibe was great. Dj was great after dinner. If you’re looking for a fun Friday/Saturday thing to do, this is the place to go. I’ll be back for the live music on Thursdays too!

    The service was really great! That wasn't a problem at all. The food portions were so small. There were about 9 of us and what we had paid wasn't worth it to us. We went to the Palm (a 5 star dining steak house) the year before for Mother's day and spent the same amount and had way more generous portions. We all had to go eat elsewhere after. It wasn't a filling meal at all.... especially not for the price we paid. I eat out A LOT and I don't recommend this... the oysters and the octopus are good, but everything else is iffy.

    The food at Calissa is always delicious as is the service. We all had a little bit of everything. Noise level can get a bit loud but nothing too terrible. we had the Bronzino, halloumi, dips, someone had lamb, we had the pound cake and baklava for dessert.

    What I didn’t like was the proximity to the kitchen and the noise coming from it. Also when you are in a Greek restaurant you expect to listen to a Greek music or something neutral, what was on was a low quality spanish music. Everything else was very good and the service excellent! Thank you!

    Fabulous Greek/Mediterranean food in Water Mill. The calamari is the best we’ve ever had. The food is prepared simply and is simply delicious. The wait staff are friendly and helpful. Lovely outdoor dining is available. This place will never disappoint you.

    Food was good, fingerling potatoes delicious, Greek fries were just diner fries with some cheese thrown on top and a couple of black olives- Very quick service. They weren’t too crowded but felt a little rushed through each course.

    It was nice and the food was good. I thought the waitress was a little aggressive and the food came out too quick. She offered us a tasting menu for the 4 teens we were with so felt like they wanted us to order more.

    Our delicious Appetizers and entrees were spaced out appropriately so that we relaxed and enjoyed our dining experience. The servers are lovely and checked on our water glasses often refilling them before they were empty. The beautiful decor and overall ambience is ideal. Looking forward to warmer weather and dining on the patio.

    The menu is limited. I wanted either shrimp or Branzino. They did not have shrimp on the menu and the Branzino was for two people. Maybe the menu will change in the summer but I was disappointed

    We came to celebrate my dad’s 81st birthday. We came during the off season so I was expecting it to be a lot quieter. The service was excellent, however I wasn’t that impressed with the food. I found the starters & small plates to be better than our mains. Will give it another shot during the summer, when they have music and events on the weekends.

    Drinks were strong, tzatziki and artichoke dip didn’t have much flavor but the roasted red pepper was amazing. Dinner was phenomenal. Got the lobster spaghetti. Overall was good but wouldn’t be my first choice to come back to.

    We came here to celebrate our Valentine’s anniversary, it was so quiet when we arrived that we weren’t sure if it was open. But it picked up as the night wore on.. honestly just glad it wasn’t slammed bc of the holiday. The place is super cozy, the service was great and the food was delicious!     So glad to have discovered this gem in water mill. We had driven by a million times and finally stopped in for dinner last weekend. We started at the bar with $1 oysters and my husband ordered a bottle of chablis, which was excellent. We loved the octopus, the branzino for two and the spanakopita. The dips were delicious and we actually ordered an extra one to take home with us (the artichoke labneh was our favorite). Service was warm and the dining room is beautiful - I think we found our new off-season favorite restaurant!

    Went for restaurant week. The food selections were great and the quality and service excellent. We did find the wine and beer prices to be high compared to many other comparable restaurants on the east end.

    We arrived just before six on a recent Friday so we could start with a dozen dollar oysters and drinks at the bar before moving into the main dining room for dinner. Oysters were terrific and we enjoyed our Mezcal Margaritas, too. For dinner we order a plate of their delicious calamari with two sauces...a spicy tomato-based sauce and tzatziki. Great choice. We also shared three Mezze starters: Melatzani (similar to Eggplant Baba Ganooj), Artichoke Labneh, and Hummus...all quite tasty. Our dessert was the only disappointment...soggy Baklavah...clearly leftover way longer than it should have been. Still, we enjoyed the entire evening and had a great server and lovely host. Recommend, for sure.
