We stayed at the resort for three nights and ate a breakfast, a lunch and a dinner. Each of the meals we had to wait at least 45 minutes for our food and items were forgotten at each of our meals.

Service was extremely slow and inattentive. Menu descriptions did not match the food served ie. Caesar salad with homemade focaccia croutons with pancetta and shaved parmesean was served with two (that’s right - 2 croutons in a large Caesar salad) with no pancetta or bacon of any kind and a minimal amount of shredded, not shaved parmesean. It took 15 minutes to get a draft beer after ordering and 50 minutes to get food that was ordered. After food was served our waitress checked on us twice in another 45 minutes. Overall poor service, poor food quality and poor overall rating. Only positive was good live entertainment.

When I arrived I was told my reservation wasn't found even though I'd gotten a confirmation. We were seated at a large round table that ruined the ambience for our Valentine's meal. The food was good, my salad came with no dressing and the servers were busy so it took a while to get dressing. Overall I was happy with the experience even with the few inconveniences.
