   Best flan I have ever had and I am a flan foodie ( if it’s on the menu I will order it). The main dishes were superb.

   The ambiance was very nice. Service was great. The food was excellent. Make sure you try the beef empanadas.

   Food was good. Server was good. Was unhappy with fact that we made a new years eve reservation for 6 and was put on patio, alone all facing toward road in a line with some older mismatched, makeshift tables with edges broken off and no table cloth (at least). Good thing the food was pretty good, server was nice, it didnt rain or wasn’t too cold. If not, nye family dinner would have been ruined.

    Menu was sparse. Received undercooked poached egg. Ate some, then thought better and requested replacement. Those came dripping in vinegar; one bite and I literally horked up my breakfast. Waitress was awesome and management took the breakfast off my bill (at my request). Still, unless you're staying at the Hyatt and are out of options, I'd skip.

    Made reservations for a party of 8 on a Friday night ... after we were seated and ordered our drinks no one seemed to come around with menus. We were asked if we would move to make room for a table of 15. We were not very happy - but we did. It took quite a while for our food to be served. Must admit the food was excellent- but this restaurant needs to get their act together with their service and promptness. Will we go back? Probably because it is hard to find good Cuban food.

    Dinner for four of us on a Sunday evening. Surprised the place was practically empty. Drinks were great. Two of our local guests did the Miami Spice menu and it was a little disappointing -- not very exciting choices and the servings seemed skimpy. The other two of us ordered from the menu which in the long run seemed to be much better value as the prices on the menu are really very reasonable. I had the octopus and a ceviche. The ceviche was in a large bowl and was practically a meal -- also perfectly delicious. Clearly it was the highlight of the evening. The octopus seemed a little tough and dry and not freshly done -- it was OK, but not outstanding. The other had the pork and it was excellent. Family style black beans and rice were served, and the beans seemed a little bland. Overall it was fine --- but not a place I'd rush back to. We were staying there, and fortunately our local guests were able to find a parking spot on the street not far away to avoid the $20 plus tip parking fee. The real surprise of the evening was that they automatically include an 18% service charge which I wasn't aware of and was adding over 20% before I realized the service charge included -- is that standard in Miami for groups of 4?

    Although the food was good, preferably the roast chicken, and we had the skirt steak and shrimp. I Got lost with the fact that not even a piece of bread, nachos etc. is given to the table while waiting for your entree. You are forced to order an appetizer, which is additional spending and the prices are already a bit much for the portions you get. Each entree are listed on the menu with a side not highlighting that it will be served as something you will have to share as if your doing a prefix menu. I was disappointed that I wasted my time going there because I stayed in the hotel ( which by the way is really nice, but also pricey because my iron didn’t work, clock on nightstand didn’t work, and they charge $5 for a bottle of water that cost $1) otherwise really nice and clean so I’ll ignore those negatives. Back to the restaurant! I would have and should have gone to dinner on Ocean Ave. Would have enjoyed my dinner much more! Here wasn’t inviting for guest who are already spending hundreds of dollars per night to stay in hotel. Pointless taking pictures. I was too annoyed!!!

    I hosted a 21st birthday party for my son here. We had a party of 21 people. The service was outstanding from start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend Cana.

    The best of everything. Perfect experience from greeting to special dietary needs. The food surpasses a hotel idea. Best breakfast lunch and dinner. Happy hour rocks. All hyatt can take. A cue. This was such a good experience.

    Non-pretense casual dining. Quiet and cozy. Loved the Cuban flare of the room. This location is on the 2nd floor of Hyatt Centric on Brickell Way Drive across from The Yacht Club. My husband enjoyed his red snapper crispy skin dish. I had the pork chunks with rice and beans. So tender they melt in your mouth. Delicious and highly recommend this dish. I intend to go back and take my friends here.

    Food was amazing, our table asked for many different options in the menu and everyone was delighted for the flavors and portions. Mojitos on point! Felipe’s service is a plus. He smiles all the time, takes care of your party and all your needs. We loved our Noche Buena at Cañas!

    Was a bit reluctant when I saw that the restaurant was in a hotel, but was pleasantly surprised. The food was very good, and to my untrained eye reasonably authentic. Decent price, particularly for downtown Miami. An enjoyable experience.

    The server was a lovely young woman. She was attentive, helpful and sweet. The food was delicious. My husband got the fried shrimp and I got the puffed shrimp. We were both very happy with our choices. We also had the burrata avocado palm salad and it was very good too. I think The mozzarella was fresh mozzarella rather than the more creamy burrata. I can't wait to return to Miami and go back here to eat!

    I was on an overnight trip with my daughter for vacation. I wanted to eat authentic Cuban food and show my daughter what real Cuban food is all about. This definitely hit the spot. The service was outstanding and the food was amazing. Unfortunately, when I went there, it was a bit dead so the ambience was not great, kinda boring..... But, it’s all about the food. I highly recommend it.

    My husband and I chose this restaurant because the menu looked great and the was close to our hotel. We were blown away by the whole experience. We arrived and were greeted right away. We did make an open table reservation. When we sat down were given both the dinner and happy hour menus. We ordered off of both. My husband had a prix menu and everything he ordered off of it was awesome. Especially the aired Chicharron de Viento. Wow is all I have to say. These were air fried to perfection. We also had ceviche, mini cubanos, shrimp etc. we finished it off with flan, which was also amazing. And to top it all off the service was outstanding! Thank you all for a wonderful dining experience. We will definitely be back.
