Wow. In the fall, we had a poor experience. Feeing badly about it, the owner promised us a better one next time. And he delivered! The food was terrific, service was excellent, server was so knowledgeable and helpful; We will continue to make Cano our go-to neighbourhood restaurant. The restaurant did the right thing. Acknowledged an error and worked hard to correct it.

Service was truly terrible. We didn’t get our food for 2 hours, and then it arrived cold. Asked for the bill which also took so long to the point I had to just get up myself and pay at the bar.

Another spectacular meal at Cano. This time went outside the box and ordered what we’ve never had before. OMG!! We ordered the chicken parm the branzino and pizza al ‘nduja. Outstanding!!! Can still taste all the deliciousness of last nights meal. Ten out of 5 stars. Yes, that good!! We went with friends who have never experienced Cano before, they too are now hooked. As if our meal couldn’t possibly get any better, seeing our beloved Amen last night was the cherry on top of an already incredible evening. Can’t wait to go back!

We had to leave because our server came once to pour some water and asked what we want to drink. He didn’t come back to take drink or food orders and when we flagged down someone else he said he would get our server and went on to take the order of a table that just sat down. Additionally there were several other staff members like the bar tender just walking around. It wasn’t busy so I just didn’t get why no one could assist. We waited 15 minutes for our waiter and finally left. They don’t really deserve the one star that I gave but I had to fill it in so I could proceed with my feedback.

We had a reservation for second seating and while they were slow in turning over the tables (as guests were having too much fun), they were very apologetic and offered us a free prosecco as we waited. Very professional waiting staff; just the right amount of attention once seated. Excellent food across all three courses; wine recommendation also excellent.

Great space and vibe and great music. Sat at the bar .. difficult to have conversation with someone . But not bad enoughthat someone should avoid the bar. We enjoyed being at the bar. Only true complaint was the bar stools foot rest were broken. Made sitting in the stool slightly uncomfortable. Excellent food with generous portions. I would definitely come back!!

I would put Cano near the top of my go to restaurants. The service is exceptional, the menu is exciting and delicious. Changes can be made, i usually just change to a marinara sauce vs a cream based sauce. Drink menu is well appointed. Great ambiance. What else do you need

Amazing food and drinks! Our servers were awesome but we had to wait a long time for our food to come. Everybody was really apologetic about the delay in getting our food and tried to make up for it. So, overall, great experience still. Will be back

Took the server 30mins to even take my order, and the food took 1.5 hours to come. Sat down for brunch at 11.30am and got served our food at 1.25pm… never going back again

Another unbelievable dinner at Cano. If possible, we’d give 10 stars out of 5. As per usual, the food was beyond delicious. Only change to last nights dinner, was the restaurant itself. They recently underwent a renovation. One word, spectacular! As if the restaurant could get any better. Well done gentlemen. Can’t wait to go back!!

As star rating reflects, additional comment is that the restaurant is stuffed with tiny tables and cramped walkways to reach tables. Noise level was unbearable at times with guests shouting at the top of their lungs. Most annoying

My experience at Cano was awesome! My friend and I sat at the bar and enjoyed some quiet time while catching up. Although the resto was buzzing with people, it still felt intimate. We stayed for 3hrs and didn't feel pressured by the waiter to hurry, he provided just the right amount of service. Our meal was delicious! We had the kale salade, burrata pasta and a creamy white chocolate tiramisu ;)

Service, drinks and food was amazing! Lighting was a little too dim for the space and the washroom had no light at all (had to use our phone flash to see). Would go back for the food!

Food was excellent, but despite having a reservation one of the severs asked twice mid bite if we neeeed our plates cleared, even though there was food. If it’s busy I’d reccomend with reservations having a 1.5 - 2 hour time limit
