    Early Sunday evening in December - restaurant was not busy. We only tried the pizza and a small salad, it was all very good.] Andrew (waiter) was a delight. We are going back this week with a large group for a Christmas luncheon. Anticipate it will be lovely.

    Service was amazing. The bread and sauce to start the meal was fantastic and unexpected. The hot olive appetizer is one of my favourite appetizers. The meal was hot and fresh. I will enjoy the left overs today.

    Everything was amazing! Such amazing food! A table nearby was super loud but otherwise our server was awesome and engaged in conversation with us. It was our first time there, we have two young kids and night out is rare. So glad we chose Capra Toro for our night out!

    Great Pies, great Caesar, great wine. Staff were on it. Good 60s soul playing. Upbeat and classy neighborhood Italian joint the way it should be. Could’ve been on Arthur Ave in the Bronx 9.5/10 C. Cody.

    We love visiting Capra Toro for a delicious Italian meal! I had the chicken parm and it was soooo good! My husband had a pizza that was also delish! The service as Capra Toro is always on point! Their staff doesn't change much which is always a good sign, and they're great people! The cocktails were yummy too! Thanks for a great night.

    The food was delicious, my compliments to the chef. A large varied menu to choose from. The service was 101%, very professional, knowledgeable and with a smile. The atmosphere was wonderful and enjoyable with the music and the added special of having a professional accordian player, which was a nice touch with the Italian food. Best restaurant in Peterborough. Thank you

    I went for a date night with my husband (Wednesday's promo). The pizza and salad were really good, but the pasta and the focaccia were not as they lacked a lot of flavor. I could not drink alcohol because of a medication, but they did not have non-alcoholic options on their menu besides water or Heineken 0.0

    Went there for lunch as our favorite Italian place (One) was fully booked. The surrounding neighborhood is somewhat of a downer... Food was tasty but not steaming hot and halfway into the meal the pasta was COLD. Even the Focaccia bread was cold in no time at all. Maybe they are a better choice for dinner but our lunch left us disappointed

    Always a great place to go! The service is outstanding it’s a great place to eat. I would highly recommend going to Capra. Their wood fired pizza oven cooks pizza to perfection. Their house made focaccia bread is one of the best iv had. Their selection of olives is amazing and I love that they serve them warm.

    We got the bruschetta to start, huge portion and delicious. I got the chicken parm with fettuccine Alfredo and he got the sausage and pepper arrabbiata. That was the best chicken parm I’ve ever had, his pasta was also very good. Definitely will be back and recommend to all pasta lovers!

    My husband and I went last night before a show at market hall. So pleased with the service and the food was delicious and authentic. Our server was awesome, kind, expierenced and was really on her game. I was extremely excited to hear there wasn’t cinnamon or nutmeg in the pasta dishes. Thanks again and will be back soon ❤️🤗

    We have relatives over from Italy and decided to dine at Capra Toro because it is one of our favorite restaurants. We all loved our pizza's and our server Jamie was outstanding. She was professional, courteous and a pleasure. Jamie made sure their Italian customers had a great eating experience.

    We’ve been many times. Last night was an exception for sure, our server (Jordan) was clearly busy inside the restaurant and forgot about us. Pepper was not offered until we saw our server more than 1/2 way through our meals and only because we asked. We waited 20-25 minutes from her to return to clear our table. The other tables around us were served quickly and efficiently and by servers who seemed to care about their patrons. We’ve been before with good service, but this server was either over extended or didn’t care and didn’t want to be outside.

    It was an excellent. We were meeting our daughter for a bday lunch but unfortunately she was delayed. The server was lovely, very patient with our dragged out meal, and the food was excellent, even though one pizza had to be re heated due to my daughter's late arrival. We will definitely return.
