   The food is top tier every time we return. Easily the best Mai Tai on the island as well. Friendly wait staff, excellent service, and reasonable prices make this our favorite restaurant. This is a must try!

   We had a fantastic meal at Caribbean Element. My son loved his lamb chops. I had risotto with Jerk shrimp - awesome! My husband had the jerk chicken and he loved it. All in all, it was a great meal. The only thing that wouldn’t make it better is if it were in the beach. But honestly, you can’t ask for better food or service. Highly recommend- go and visit them!

   I am a little surprised by all the positive reviews. I am a dining writer so was expecting more from the reviews. Very strange location in a mall. The saffron curry dishes were nice but the fish was overcooked. My chicken wings were literally little fried nubs. Was shocked they would serve. Was expecting real chicken wings large and grilled. Oh well. We also dined at seven, grace cottage and indigo so I think I was a little spoiled and expecting more.

   Locally owned by the most attentive hostess, Mary. The food and service are exceptional. The most decadent jerk shrimp risotto you will ever eat. Ask for it medium, it is spicy! Also really enjoyed the tuna ceviche with avocado. We return every year.

   We loved our meal at Caribbean Element. We tried the sautéed conch, which was delicious and unique, something both of us had never tried. We were drinking the broth out of the bowl at the end. The owner, Mary, came over and greeted us and checked in to see that we were enjoying our time. We were happy to support a locally-owned business serving delicious local food.

   Our group of four had a very enjoyable dinner at Caribbean Element on our final night on Provo. Mary, the owner, greeted us and was very friendly and helpful in discussing the menu. We ate in the courtyard area which was fine, though it's certainly not one of the better views on the island. The menu was great and the food was delicious. The portions were pretty large. I had one of the biggest lobster tails that I've seen in quite some time. The service and prices were in line with what we had at most other Provo restaurants. We'll definitely return on our next trip!

   Absolutely amazing food and incredibly friendly service. Mary, the owner, came by to visit and we had a great chance to get to know her and the incredible food. I highly recommend her place!
