    We were visiting from the United States for my 50th birthday weekend, and my boyfriend is a huge fan of exotic meat. We came here after reading additional reviews, and it was also well located from our accommodations. The appetizers became our main meal, as we like to sample different things. The charcuterie board was delicious, with bison sausage and deer carpaccio, it looked like fresh prosciutto, and was so tasty. Different cheeses, excellent spices and they made sure to accommodate my nut allergy. We also tried the baby seal which reminded me of raisins the way it was prepared, nonetheless, very tasty, and, unique flavors. The star of the plate and table was the lobster Arancini, which was probably the best arancini I’ve ever had and we had already spent 10 days in Italy a few months prior. We finished off our meal with the buffarella mozzarella and delicious wine and beer. Outstanding service, we were well taken care of, and everything was done perfectly. We will definitely come back!

    Absolutely delicious brunch options in the heart of the Plateau. I had the Goat Cheese Tartine which was phenomenal.

    A great server makes all the difference. We really enjoyed our time at this restaurant. The food is amazing. Don’t miss the duck legs to start. Can’t go wrong with any of the entrees.

    The food was excellent (elk eggs benedict, french toast). We were seated quickly, the space was nice and bright, service was fast, and best of all, the cost was very reasonable. Would come here again.

    First brunch since the opening of terraces. The food was DELICIOUS! the portions were great, I got the salmon toast with potatoes and waffle on the side!

    The food was amazing, the most expensive thing on the menu was 31$. A diner for two with wine, an entree and a meal was less than 100$. Everyone was wearing a mask, they disinfect every surface regularly. We really felt good, safe and I would recommend that restaurant to anybody.

    Déçu par un cappuccino complètement raté (un café filtre avec de la mousse ou café brûlé?). Les plats commandés étaient raisonnablement préparés, mais le service semblait un peu débordé à l’heure du brunch, oubliant des demandes assez simples. Un bon potentiel mais une exécution assez approximative dans un quartier qui ne manque pas d’options plus consistantes. Disappointed in the weird coffee that came in place of a cappuccino. Maybe it was filter with foam... The food was nicely prepared but the waiters seemed a bit overwhelmed by the brunch crowd, forgetting simple requests. Good potential but execution remains approximative in a neighbourhood that does not lack consistent options.

    Ambiance et service agréable. La cuisine était bonne mais pas exceptionnelle. 1h30 seulement pour manger car beaucoup de réservations... un peu décevant de ce point de vu là.

    Went for Sunday brunch with friends from out of town and their kids. Everyone had a great time and greatly enjoyed their food (especially the breakfast potatoes)! The kids also really liked drawing with chalk on the bathroom's walls.

    Went there with 2 friends as we were at a conference in Montreal for the week. It’s hard to find good food from the land in restaurants, but caribou gourmand did not disappoint!! We all ordered something different than shared a taste with eachother. It was fantastic!! The staff were also awesome! I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes cool atmosphere places with great food!!!

    I first went last spring and I had a blast: the food was great and the ambiance was awesome. This time though: the quality and quantity of the food were uneven. My boyfriend ordered a "Tartine du caribou" and ended up with one slice of bread, while I ordered the bagels and got 1.5 bagels. Hopefully, we could share because his plate was tiny and not at all filling, and mine was gigantic. My eggs were also watery and overly sweet, not at all tasty. If I do go back, I'll mitigate my expectations.

    The only problem was that the restaurant did not have my OPEN TABLE reservation. Good thing that it was construction holiday... and it was not full.

    On est allés pour un brunch. Le menu n’est pas très grand mais les choix intéressants. La nourriture est bonne mais les plats sont inconsistants: certains très généreux (œufs bénédictines) d’autres assez maigres (la poêlée) pour le prix. Les mimosas pourraient être plus grands. J’ai été déçu de voir que le dress code requis sur leur site web ne correspond en rien à l’ambiance de la place (ni à la tenue des serveurs), surtout pour un brunch. Allez y très décontracté voire sport. Service chaleureux et amical.

    I used to love this restaurant for brunch, but I was highly disappointed by the food during my last visit. The ingredients were not fresh, the ratio of the actual meal vs potatoes was quite off (too many potatoes and too little of everything else) and the food was overcooked! I have brought here a lot of people visiting Canada for the first time but I’ll have to find a new spot in town :(. Sorry guys!

    Despite an issue with a broken dishwasher, no updates from staff as to what was happening and a ~45 minute wait for our meals - I would still go back in a heartbeat because the food was incredible! And very affordable considering the quality. I'll be back if I'm ever in Montreal again!

    The food was good, but we had to wait for 45 minutes to be served after the order... We had a reservation for 3 + a baby, and the table and baby chair were ready when we arrived. We ordered quite quickly but it was so long to receive our meals... With the baby, at the end it was very unpleasant to wait that long...

    I went with my boyfriend for his birthday on a Saturday night. We ordered the Tomahawk and it was delicious. Even though the menu says its for 2 persons, I would recommend it for 3. We ended bringing half of it home. It was totally worth it. The service was great!
