About this restaurant

At Caribou the surroundings are comfortable and the focus is contemporary cuisine of exceptional quality. Signature dishes created by our Chef include certified Angus tenderloin, cedar plank salmon, black and blue ahi tuna and wood oven pizzas. Our desserts are prepared in-house by our pastry chef. We feature an extensive wine list with numerous vintage wines as well as over 30 wines by the glass.
Caribou Restaurant + Wine Bar opened in November of 1999. The menu has been developed over many years of visiting restaurants all over North America and the world. Options represent Italian, Asian, Cuban or any other styles of new and exciting cuisine.
Caribou has been listed in "Where to Eat in Canada" for several years running and the wine list has earned the "Wine Spectator Award of Excellence" every year since 2002.

    Unfortunately OpenTable didn’t share our table request, which was very disappointing. But, the Caribou team went out of their way to ensure that our experience was fantastic. We had the Trattoria di Caribou all inclusive menu, and quality and quantity of food was exceptional. DJ, our waiter offered wine suggestions that paired perfectly with the meal. He is our favourite waiter, professional and friendly and takes the time to make you feel like a welcome and valued guest. Thank you for a great dinner!

    We enjoyed the Trattoria di Caribou. One had the risotto with shrimp and the other was a pasta dish with pork and sausage - both entrees were recommended by our server and were delicious. Portions were large enough that we took home leftovers.

    Our server Bianca was amazing! She was always smiling and very helpful with our menu options. Checked on us regularly and brought our food out without rushing us and we had a very relaxing evening. The food was delicious! The cream puffs were well worth the wait!

    Service was excellent but you could tell they were trying to move you along because tables were filling fast as people were leaving food was great awesome place to eat
