Service was great starting right when we arrived. Was very impressed with the food with its presentation and authentic Italian flavors. Their outdoor tent is well heated which made the whole dining experience very comfortable.
It was a very nice evening and we decided Carisma was where we wanted dinner. Comfortable seating in the tent with a heater right next to us. Had the Lasagna which was delicious and perfect for a fall evening.
We were not disappointed! The food was exquisite. We are of Italian decent and the cuisine is not only authentic but not run of the mill. Unique combinations of flavours and textures that tickle the palet. Would definitely go back.
A great evening on the patio. They have a great set-up for outside and despite a torrential downpour we stayed mostly dry and had a great time. Ricardo took great care of us.
Food was great. We really enjoyed our meal. Our server seemed distracted by another table and he kept looking away in mid-sentence. The patio is about 75% enclosed (All around, not just overhead) and when the rain started, it seemed like they moved a few extra people under the tent which then almost eliminated proper social distancing. It made us a bit uncomfortable but luckily we were done eating so we decided not to stay for coffee or dessert and got out of there.
10/10 as usual great food with wonderful outdoor dining
Outstanding Italian cuisine and Italian hospitality. Thank you Carisma for making us feel so safe during COVID and for keeping us warm. Each table is in a separate tent, with heaters; temperature checked and contact tracing followed.

Food was spectacular. Strange to say but food arrived to quickly for a non-business dinner.
Appetizers and main course were fantastic. Their homemade gnocchi was the most tender I've ever had. My only complaint is that the chocolate molten cake was slightly overcooked, and therefore was not very molten at all. Other than that it was a delicious meal.

By far the best Italian restaurant in the downtown core great staff
We found several of the dishes under seasoned. The two veal dishes were a bit tough. An heirloom salad that was raved about by the server turned out to be nothing special. The ricotta zucchini flowers were awesome. The tiramisu was very good.
