Superb Italian dining in a lovely ambiance and with attentive service. Wonderful menu choices. The sommelier was especially helpful, listening to descriptions of the types of wine we enjoy and matching us to a wine that suited us perfectly and didn't break the bank. The sea bass and the mushroom salad were especially memorable.

This restaurant doesn't live up to its claim of being upscale. It's incredibly noisy, and the tables are packed so closely that they're just a foot apart. Additionally, the staff is quite casual and lacks the professionalism you would expect in a high-end establishment.

Busy night…more conversations… slightly noisy. Excellent service. Great dinner menu choices. Price points reflect higher quality food choices and of Carisma’s attentive service and decor. Wine choices are truly diverse, including single glass options.

Absolutely delicious. A little bit pricey but food was wonderful and so was the service and the ambiance. Loved the hot bread it was outstanding. Hands on owner made sure that everything was perfect. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Authentic Italian cuisine.

Whenever we visit Toronto, we eat here. There is a family run restaurant vibe ( enthusiastic team oriented service) , yet with a fine dining elegance. Noise level is moderate , but in a good way. Food and menu make the final choice very difficult.

WOW, Amazing experience! Highly recommend to everyone. Just finished a trip across Canada, this was by far the best restaurant we visited on the trip. Food, Service, Atmosphere were all impeccable. Felt like we sitting in Italy is was so perfect. Wish they were here near our home in the US.

Great menu. Lots of choices but we heard a neighbouring table discussing a meal they had previously there that wasn’t on menu, we asked waiter if they would prepare it for us & they did. Kind busy with many staff moving around continually often with apparently nothing to do.

As Always, we had a great dinner at Carisma. The restaurant has been one of our most favourite in Toronto for many years. The food is consistently delicious, service impeccable, staff extremely attentive & we always are made to feel welcome by Michael & Margie. Great dining in downtown Toronto. Had an amazing meal for our anniversary. Staff was very friendly. Adriano chose a perfect red wine to accompany my meal. He was extremely knowledgeable of all wines and spirits. Meal came in an appropriate time. Good portion and presentation. Servers were polite and professional. Restaurant overall has a nice feel, open and very clean. We will be back for sure.
