   Steaks were not cooked right. Ordered med/rare and 1 was almost well and the other almost rare. Whipped potatoes were almost cold.

   Food was so amazing! Quick, hot, tasty! We had the corn chowder, prime rib, chicken parm, and apple pie. My sangria was just ok, but not the worst I’ve had. The whiskey sour was really good! Service was great. I would definitely come back!

   The two speials that night, ribs and orange roughy, were outstanding and portions large. Darrel, our favorite waiter, is always friendly, courteous and makes us feel comortable.

    Definitely a 5⭐plus food and service experience. We went to Carve to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time... came away very impressed and fully satisfied. Darrell was our server and he did an exceptional job and made the evening one to remember! The prime rib was absolutely exceptional and on point. And the mashed potatoes were so buttery and delicious. We got them on Darrell suggestion along with the veggies. Definitely will be making a return trip and suggesting it to all our friends when they come to Las Vegas. Thank you too the restaurant and all their staff for making our time there just wonderful.     So our waiter was great and very helpful, but the food was pretty average. The steak and burger were good, but the side salads were plain and tasted like dirt. The shrimp Alfredo only came with four shrimp pieces and it tasted plain, old, and had a gritty texture. I don’t like to complain about my food so I didn’t say anything, but I could barely take a few bites of it.

    Wife had the Lobster and shrimp scampi special. I just wanted the calamari and a salad. All was delicious and tasty. Was hoping to get the Prime Rib slider but they took it off the menu. Overall great date night!

    I’ll be going to Carves now for three years just for a family dinner and get together with friends the waiters are always on top of things checking to make sure everything‘s OK. The manager also comes around to check and see how your food is they will not hesitate to take the food back and give you a new plate. If it’s not up to your standards.

    Not my cup of tea. Paid $100 for two “16 oz” Prime rib dinners. 8oz of it was fat and gristle. Yuk! Flavorless, salad was two bites, “butter whipped potatoes” were mass-produced and had been sitting there all night. Really not good. Will not be back.

    Waiters were polite. Long waits between courses. My lobster tail was over cooked and dry. Portions were very small, except the salad. Dessert was delicious! Champagne was ok…..

    The only reason I couldn't give it a five overall was that the table cover was dirty, and the napkin I was offering had a piece of hair on it. However, the server did change the table cover on the table.

    Three couples came to visit this location because we were told it was the best steak house in Vegas. The reviews were good so why not give it a try. The service was horrible everything took forever even salads. The place was not even packed. Being that the wait for our food was.so long we just knew it was going to be good. There was no salt or pepper or any sign of seasoning anywhere near the meals. Very disappointing $420 down the toliet.

    The atmosphere is great. Our server was great. However, it took almost 10 minutes to be greeted by him, and then 20 more minutes to get water and bread. We had wine before either. The bread and buttery whipped mashed potatoes were amazing. We were not fond of the salads and definitely did not like either of our steaks, ribeye and New York strip. My ribeye had a funny taste and was tough. His strip steak was tough.
