   Beginning to end, our experience was sensational! Food could easily have been the muse for a photograph from a high-end recipe book, and tasted like it was cooked by famous chefs. Our server, Emma, instinctively knew how to gauge whether we needed her, or we were fine amusing ourselves. Water glasses were always full, and the coffee always flowing. The 3 of us can't wait to go back for another amazing culinary delight. Thanks again, Emma!

   I was very impressed overall by the level of service and the flavours and presentation of the food. I had asked for my steak to be cooked medium rare, but my first couple of bites seemed to be well done; however, when I got closer to the middle it was perfectly done. My mom ordered her steak medium. While she enjoyed the flavours, she couldn’t finish her steak because it was too tough. Other than that, kudos to you all for making our experience so memorable.

   Our server was amazing. He was knowledgeable and attentive without being bothersome. The food exceeded my expectations! I had the lions mane mushroom and my niece had the halibut. Both were cooked to perfection and the accompanying vegetables and sauces were simply delicious! I can’t say anything about dessert (but I would imagine they were delectable) because we were both full from our meals. I would highly recommend the restaurant!

   What a beautiful place. It was my first time at Carve and the first thing that struck me was the warm welcome by the staff. The waitress was lovely and totally took into account my complex dietaries. The food was delicious and also different from the usual fare in Campbell River, the service was attentive but not invasive and whole experience was fantastic. Well done and thanks.
