We truly enjoyed our experience tonight. Our server Dusan was very attentive, sincere and personable. He asked for honest feedback and cared for our opinions. He was so great we made it a point to let the GM Eddie know we enjoyed our service. The food was great! We ordered all specials and one was better than the next. Our server was aware of the time that the fish would take that he suggested to space out our other dishes in courses with our approval. This kind of attentiveness and care is special.

We had such a fantastic dinner at Casa D’Angelo. The food was amazing, we ordered truffle veal ravioli, peach and orange arugula salad, peppercorn wine steam mussels, beef carpaccio, and finished with grilled Colorado lamb ( perfect medium rare no game taste at all, I’m very sensitive to game meat but I love this, crispy outside tender juicy inside). All of those amazing food for 2 people. Service was superb! Eddy and Dushawn were so nice and accommodating to everything we requested. They put us next to the window with the view of Aspen down town, so beautiful. We definitely recommend this place for a fine Italian dining in Aspen. Hands down one of our favorite!!

We went for our daughters birthday. The staff was outstandingly friendly and always cared about us. All 5 dishes where amazing and all unique. Overall I would 10/10 recommend. So glad we had this experience.

Eddie and David are the ABSOLUTE best. The best hospitality and environment. I have been around the world and never had food this good. It’s indescribable. Come here. You will feel like family, have an amazing time, and have food you couldn’t even believe. I couldn’t recommend it enough. Thank you thank you thank you for the hospitality and fully stomachs. It was a once in a lifetime meal!

Casa D’Angelo is INCREDIBLE! We were celebrating our honeymoon and they made it such a special and fun experience. Every single staff member was so kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. The food was AMAZING! I am still thinking about the paccheri vodka pasta and the brown butter sage ravioli. The buttermilk salad was simple but so delicious. We didn’t have a dish we didn’t love!! They have a vast wine and cocktail selection as well. Overall 11/10 dining experience, we will definitely be back. :-)

Just had a very pleasant night. Growing up in this town, you know you’ll have a fabulous dining experience no matter where you go. I highly recommend the beef carpaccio, vodka pasta, maialino, and the torta Siciliana. The staff was super attentive and friendly from the beginning to the end. Eddie took great care of me, and Cathy was a dear! Make sure to stop by the bar first to grab a yummy cocktail from Brady! I highly recommend 😋!

I’ve been using OpenTable for years. My reviews are a rarity and they usually sing praises. However, this establishment provoked me enough to break my usual silence. We arrived slightly early (reservations for 5:45pm), thanks to Google stating a 5pm opening, but it was 5:30pm, no biggie. The host greeted us with a cold, terse remark indicating they weren’t open yet, and just turned away without further ado. We shrugged off the initial rudeness, and returned later, only to be met by a hostess who was equally uninviting. She insisted we hand over our coats with a rude explanation that it's "not recommended to hang coats over the chairs." As the evening unfolded, it was evident that many patrons had their coats over their chairs, making her insistence seem unnecessarily rude. The chill in the air grew colder as the main host or manager made his rounds, topping off wine, engaging in friendly banter with every table but ours. We were blatantly ignored, left to feel like unwelcome intruders in a snobbish enclave. This was supposed to be a joyous anniversary dinner, yet the staff’s behavior cast a long shadow over our celebration. The high-class facade was suffocating, making us feel utterly out of place. The food was the sole redeeming factor, impeccable in every sense. Yet, the taste of rudeness left a sour note that even the top notch dishes couldn't erase. The table staff were the only staff who exhibited a shred of courtesy, their prompt service was a stark contrast to the cold demeanor of the rest of the place. Our bill total was $$$$, a steep sum for an experience devoid of basic hospitality. The lack of a simple smile, a friendly gesture, or just basic politeness was glaringly absent, turning what should have been a joyous occasion into a night of regret. I rarely vent, but this experience hit hard. Snubbed on a night meant for celebration, we left bitter. This place not only failed in basic courtesy, but tarnished our special day.

We were seated at a two top which offered each of us nice views of the dining room. We ordered off of the Spice Menu which was a 4 course meal of an appetizer, a pasta, an entree, and dessert for $75. We ordered a bottle of Barolo with the assistance of the sommelier. All of the food and the wine were perfect.

Great food and with the off season 4 course $75 prix fixe, it was a good value. Prix fixe portions are smaller but it was plenty of food. Server took a little longer than we would have expected to take our order, but once she did, the food came reasonably quickly. Lovely meal with good friends.

Ate off the prefix menu, everything was delicious. The salad, carpaccio, pasta dishes, crispy duck and the salmon were great. The one exception was the Sicilian cheesecake, it was good but not as good as the tiramisu. Highly recommend the restaurant.

This restaurant is on the more reasonable end, for Aspen, but still expensive for what you get. The markups on wine I recognized were 4x retail. Our server was excellent. The squid ink pasta special, with lobster and shrimp, was good but extremely salty.
