Shrimp tacos had a strong fishy smell and taste. It was horrible. Not worth it at all. Risotto looked very pretty, but had a very pungent truffle bluecheese taste and after taste. I was only able to have a few bites, everything else was untouched. It took a while to get that awful smell out of my nose and taste out of my mouth. Overall, ambiance and presentation was nice. Our server was super friendly and nice. For a high end place, the food should be good; it wasnt even eatable. Also… we had brought a cake and we were told it would cost 15.00 per cutting. When i asked for spoons instead, it was declined and the charge would still apply. At that point they shouldve just offered a small complimentary dessert for the birthday girl, but that wasnt offered. I think its standard practice to provide a slice of cake or some dessert if someone is celebrating, especially when your bill is coming to at a minimum $200.00-300.00 I definitely wont be returning.

The hummus and truffle potatoes were not tasty at all. The hummus was very fluffy and whipped not rich, and the potatoes were soaked in grease. I also ordered a espresso martini it was very strong I had told our server and he had taken back the full drink yet I was still charged for it. Will never dine here again,

This was not our first visit to CM. The food was delicious, but the servings were sometimes comically small (1 scallop in an order). The noise level was through the roof. Our mains took more than 2 hours so we canceled them and left as it was getting late. 1 Hotel should be very careful to protect their brand.

The experience was amazing! It was my husband’s birthday and they made it special for him with happy birthday played by the violinist and a custom dessert. Our waitress was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and allergens. Best meal we have had, we will be back soon!

We were having a great time. Food and service were both great. Our steak came out way over cooked - quite literally grey. They asked us to cut into the middle. They still took it back and then came back and said they didn’t agree and “maybe we have different versions of temperature”. We were not making a fuss, we just thought the steak was overdone and hoping for it to get figured out easily. There was more conversation than just this that occurred. My girlfriend and I both work in a client services type role. I can’t imagine ever telling one of my clients that they’re wrong and basically blame us. The waitress was amazing, but the manager saying that tipped me over the edge. Completely inappropriate. $660 to be talked to in a passive aggressive manner is not appropriate. Too bad because we were going to come back next week with a larger group. Now we’ve told them all the story, and nobody intends to go. Go somewhere else in Toronto than this entitled restaurant.

Service was great, the waitress did however drop the ball a few times (i.e. wasn’t paying attention an whilst eating tried to take my plate away not noticing food still there ?!) Service has improved since the last few times I have been there. Ambience is always spectacular and aesthetically the restaurant is gorgeous-essentially that’s what you are paying for. The food was great, in particular I always order the risotto dish which is very tasty but I did see a huge significant shrinkage in portion. The portion used to be almost double the size and was great as a sharing plate.

Food was just ok very overpriced. Server was not that Friendly. Music was over powering they should mix up the music alittle. The Mediterranean music was too much they can play some regular music too. The insense was way too strong we were coughing by the end!

In general, atmosphere service food was good. Only downfall was the $300 tomahawk steak came out room temperature, wasn’t the slightest bit warm which was a major disappointment. We were told it was kept under the heat lamp which was even worst to hear.

This restaurant is truly an experience. From the interiors to the entertainment, it’s nothing short of impressive. However, the food is very pricey and I expected and have had better. Will go back for drinks.

Incredible vibes, food and service. Will definitely dine again. The ceviche blanco was very fresh, the arrachera taco was perfect and the chicken was seasoned and cooked to perfection.

Very classy restaurant with a great vibe. I LOVED the ambience. Drinks were fantastic. But the food was just ok. The flavours didn't quite hit the spot for me. Definitely not worth the price you pay for it. Waiters were super nice and gave a great service.

The place offers a unique dining experience with creative cocktail selections. Our server steve made the experience even better with his lovely attitude. My only comment is make sure to arrive early as by the time you finish enjoying the meals and drinks its time to go due to reservation.

Charlie really made this a special duel birthday dinner! She was helpful and attentive. All the staff actually made sure we had everything we needed, drinks, cutlery, plates. At one point we weren’t given new plates and the genuine sorry and rush to give us our plates didn’t go unnoticed. This is what customer service should look and feel like. We stayed for almost 3 hours and didn’t notice the time flying because the vibes were immaculate. I will be back again for sure!

11 understood at 3 am why our tacos got to our table so quick. I have never in my LIFE been so sick. Something was definitely off with their mushrooms. I now have a throat inflammation from how violently sick l've been throughout the night. Never mind the fact that it is VERY over priced. 20$ for two tacos and near death life experience. If this is the vibe you're looking for, go to Soluna.

Hands down the best dining experience I’ve had in years. From the personable and welcoming greeting from the hostess discussing avocado allergies and anniversaries while we waited to be seated to the detail oriented and careful service it was an absolute treat. I love how the menu prices allow for someone on a budget to really enjoy such luxury while having more wildly expensive options for those who want to go the extra mile, it was worth every penny. Not to mention it felt like being in a spa the whole time! The aromas that drifted in the air were so soothing and the decor gave us so much to look at while making us feel equally as curious as we were at ease. Plus I’m just totally a obsessed with the plate- and glassware. You can tell that so much thought has gone into every detail of your experience and the intention was truly felt by us both. It was the perfect way to celebrate our 4 year anniversary. Can’t wait to visit again!
