   Lovely dinner, one of the few restaurants in NYC that I find worth returning to repeatedly. But please don’t serve hot tea with the teabag already sitting in the water in the cup: place the new teabag to the side, and let the diner decide how long to steep the tea.

   First time dining here…delicious and amazing food. Great ambiance. Delightful service. Had the bone marrow, razor clams, skirt steak, confit goat, and scallops as our meal. Everything was incredible and had its own style of flavor. Will be back and will recommend to others.

    We ate in the outdoor shack, so the ambiance and noise were a factor of that. Food and wine, as always, wonderful. Especially the sweetbreads.

    The food is interesting but never amazing. Very noisy and service was average. Overall it is a descent place to enjoy some tapas and a descent Spanish wine list with friends. It is not a place to go on a date, to discuss business nor to have an amazing dinner experience.

    Honestly I don't understand why they have a michelin star. The food was unremarkable at best, there are plenty of better options in NYC. The ambience is also nothing special. Nothing stood out.

    Always look forward to visiting Casa Mono however I was surprised to know they didn’t really cared about out 10th year Anniversary. I made sure to tell them our first meal together was at Casa Mono and we made sure we came back to celebrate our 10th year there. Although we also visited many times during those 10 years. We came all the way from California and was so disappointed with the lack of acknowledgment.

    Although the indoor space is intimate and fairly noisy, the outdoor but fully enclosed dining was elegant and quiet, even with two other tables in our space. Our waiter was extraordinarily helpful in explaining the complicated dishes on the creative menu.

    Every bite at Casa Mono was swoon-worthy! From the addictive crispy pig ears to the succulent shrimp to the paella croqueta...insanely delicious. The goat confit stole the show--no one should miss this gem. Incredible wine list and super knowledgeable staff. When our wine choice was delayed by needing to be chilled, our glasses were kept full of the house bubbly until it arrived. Can't wait to go back!

    Was a little disappointed that we were seated in the outdoor vestibule without the option to sit inside after waiting 20 minutes for our table. Once seated the service was fantastic. Our server and gave great recommendations and the busser Juan (I think that’s his name) was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly attentive, courteous and detailed - as he was giving me a new fork he noticed it was dirty and immediately got a new one before I even realized.

    Worst food we had at a Michelin starred restaurant and we dined at a lot of Michelin starred places. We had the burrata, scallops, skirt steak and mushrooms. All of them were below average, flavors too strong or weird spice combinations. Best part of the dinner was wine. Skip this place if you are looking for good food.

    The food was good, but not outstanding. The panne con tomate was soggy and oily rather than garlicky. The salad was fantastic but the other plates were good, but nothing I’d be rushing back for.

    Dinner with the family excellent service stellar food! If you’re looking for more quiet dining outside is the way to go. Standouts-Razor Clams, Duck Breast, Sausage with honeycomb and quince, Foie gras, Black Rice. Sherry on the recommendation of the sommelier was great.

    Very small en noisy restaurant. We needed to sit in a little corner very small. The food was very good but the portions were small en expensive. Every 5 minutes someone else came asking if we wanted to order more. On the reservation form i mentioned that it was my birthday that evening but they didn’t asked anything and we had the feeling they wanted us quickly to leave. We expected to spend the evening there but the food came so quickly that we had to leave soon
