As always, the food is amazing but this time our server stole the show! Roger was incredibly attentive, and very very knowledgeable when it came down to the menu. He even played along that it was my friends birthday. It was just an amazing experience all along.

This place is horrible. I brought my friend here for her birthday, and she ordered the tomahawk. First of my friend couldn’t eat nothing from the steak, and when it was brought to the attention of the server Michelle she was useless. Then the manager was even worse and supposedly was going to correct the meal, and it came back even worse where my friend had to spit it out onto a napkin literally and had to eat nothing but sides. When received the bill we were still charged $165 for a piece of meat that was not eaten, both the manager and waitress attempted to argue with me about the meat stating it was not their fault and they would not compt for that which makes absolutely no sense if someone couldn’t even ingest the dam meat especially for $165. My first and last experience will NEVER return to this place again.

You can order blindly off the menu. Every item from appetizers to dessert where outstanding. The Ceviche and Octopus are great appetizers and the Chocolate mole cake is out of this world. Heaters work great also, so don’t be afraid to sit outside in the winter.

Casa Pantera has delicious food but it seemed that there was a bit of price gouging. They charge without warning a 3% on your bill if you use a credit card. It is difficult to see their menu online and when we saw the menu prices were much higher at the restaurant. The service is not at a level where you would expect at a pricey restaurant. I went to the ladies bathroom and one of the servers was vaping. They have the music disco level high. It is not a true fine dining experience.

I was visiting El Paso from Detroit for work. I decided to visit Casa Pantera on a recommendation from a local. I was absolutely pleased. One of the best meals I’ve ever had and hands down the best one I had in El Paso. Will definitely return on my next visit. I’ve already recommended Casa Pantera to others!

We love Casa Pantera. This was our second visit and our server Nick was exceptional! He took great care in explaining menu items to us which we appreciated, everything he recommended was delicious. An upscale restaurant serving exceptional food and cocktails. We had roasted beef marrow for a starter--an exceptional dish. We had the ribeye steak with mushrooms in wine and lamb chops for entrees. Also delicious. Excellent service. The prices are comparable to Ruth Chris steakhouse. We have two complaints. This is not a restaurant where you would go to enjoy a quiet, intimate evening. Dim lighting and the music throbs loudly constantly requiring you to speak very loudly to hear each other. Also, the tables for two are crammed together along a wall with less than 12 inches between tables. You can hear the conversations of couples to the left and right of you.

Waited over an hour for my food and when I got it, it was not hot. The mashed potatoes were actually cold and the drinks tasted poorly. Did not like the experience at all. I will not be returning. The price is way too much for the actual value and quality of the food.
