    I recently had the pleasure of dining at Casa Pimenton Pizzeria and Restaurant in Puerto Rico, and it was truly a delightful experience. First and foremost, the food at Casa Pimenton is exceptional. I started with the appetizers, and they were nothing short of amazing. The Califlorwer Fungi Pizza was a unique and delicious twist on traditional pizza. The combination of cauliflower and various mushrooms created a savory and satisfying flavor that I haven't encountered elsewhere. It's definitely a must-try for those looking for something different. The Polpetes, or meatballs, were another standout appetizer. They were perfectly seasoned and had a rich, hearty taste. These meatballs were a great way to kick off the meal and set the tone for what was to come. For the main course, I opted for the Veal Chop with rigatoni pesto, and it did not disappoint. The veal chop was cooked to perfection – tender and flavorful. Paired with the rigatoni pesto, it was a culinary delight. The pesto sauce was vibrant and packed with fresh basil and garlic flavors, making it a wonderful complement to the veal. Beyond the outstanding food, Casa Pimenton also offers a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The restaurant's creative and thoughtful menu choices demonstrate a commitment to providing guests with a memorable dining experience.     Teníamos reservación y cuando llegamos no tenían mesas disponibles. Luego de ordenar nos dijeron que le dieron nuestras pizzas se la dieron a otra mesa y tendríamos que esperar más. Al pagar nos dimos cuenta que nos cobraron $35 adicionales.

    Saludos, hemos ido en varias ocasiones a comer la pizza y es muy buena. En esta ocasión llevamos unos clientes visitando a PR y probamos otros platos. Todos los platos de comida llegaron con un tiempo entre uno y el otro de 25min. El rissotto de setas llegó frío y crudo. La carne se pidió medium y llegó casi welldone, la pasta carbonara llegó fría, solamente la pizza llegó bien. No los recomiendo para otros platos que no sean pizza.

    Excelente ambiente y comida. El lugar ha sido remodelado muy bonito. El servicio de primera y buena selección de vinos y cervezas. La acústica no ayuda pero en general volveremos!

    Llegamos a nuestra reservación de 6 personas a las 8:30 en punto, tal y como era nuestra reserva, hecha días antes. La mujer que nos atendió al frente nos dijo q no habían mesas disponibles y que regresáramos luego de 1 hora (posiblemente más), aún teniendo una reservación y llegando puntual. No nos dio alternativa, no se disculpó, fue grosera y sin tacto. Nos tuvimos que ir, perdiendo nuestro tiempo. Llevamos tiempo visitándolos en Santurce y Carolina y el servicio (no contando a la persona de al frente) siempre es bueno. Lamentablemente luego de este incidente no regresaremos. Nota a la gerencia: pongan a alguien al frente 1- que tenga tacto y empatía, 2- que hable Español. Esa mujer les está espantando clientes, pero sobre todo, clientes locales que hubiesen regresado. Saludos desde PR!

    We booked for the 10:30pm slot on a Friday (last sitting available on the OpenTable app) around 20-30 minutes before the time, and got our booking confirmation right away. We drove to la Placita, and paid $20 parking for two cars, only to be turned down at the entrance because they were already closing the kitchen. We were so confused as this had never happened to us with an OpenTable reservation that we asked again in English after noticing the hostess didn't speak Spanish. I rarely ever give bad reviews, as I have big respect for the labor service workers do, but the hostess was so rude that it felt like she was accusing us of lying about having a reservation to get in. I could see my name in the bookings tablet. She could've apologized for the itinerary confusion and sent us on our way on a much nicer tone. I've only heard good things about this restaurant, but the staff should review their booking slots on this app and make sure they match their actual operating hours.

    When we got there they said they were not ready for our group and that they were backed up (with other 2 tables also waiting tor their table) all because they called and I didn’t pick up that same day. I booked a table through open table and everything was confirmed for my birthday. I dont have their phone number on my phone and never thought a random call was them. I did not get a text message- which is probably something I would look at and reply. I also didn’t get a message through open table. We had a cake and friends coming and no Plan B. We decided to go to the bar and wait. They asked if a table outside would work so we said okay. We waited about 30 min at the bar and then they were able to give us a table outside. It seems they don’t respect the open table system very much and if you dont pick up the phone- they believe you will not show up and overbook themselves. Food was good and ambience too. We had a good time overall.

    I just love this place. Service and food very good. Wine prices a bit high compared to other places. Great for groups and couples. My only recommendation is to improve the entrance/hostess, she can be nicer. It’s the first impression.

    Love the ambience. The tab beer display is amazing and digital creative. The cauliflower pizza taste delicious. From the appetizers the Meatballs are 5 stars. The environment and the music is excellent. Thanks for the service they were very friendly.
