I'd rate more than 5 stars if I could. We chose this restaurant for our anniversary dinner, and it did not disappoint. All the items we ordered were delicious and servers were very attentive. Save room for tres leches!

Food was great, Abby was an incredibly efficient, observant server. Very reasonable. My only complaint was that the noise level on the outside patio was so loud we had trouble talking at our table. There were three tables that were very quiet, but unfortunately, there were two tables of young imbibing ladies who were basically screaming at each other (having fun), but making it very uncomfortable for the rest of us.

Good but not great. Great lovely ambience, food was good was just ok. Most items were lacking in flavor and seasoning. The stuffed dates were very good, the stuffed paquillo peppers were not. I will give it another chance because the atmosphere was so good. Ample onsite parking is a huge plus in Roswell.

We loved Casa Robles! First time there and they brought us meatballs “on the house” to say Welcome! Tatiana was a wonderful server-delicious and unique plates and a calm atmosphere. Cocktails were amazing and unique as well!

Went for anniversary. Waiter brought 2 complimentary flute glasses of champagne. Not expected, but felt like they were celebrating with us. Place is so much fun. Easy to try different things and staff enjoy providing recommendations. Quickly becoming a new favorite.

We love taking our friends and family there because of the ambience and the food. The bacon wrapped dates are the best! The stuffed peppers had just the right tang to them too. Anthony, our server, was just right. When we arrived he allowed us to have sufficient time to order and was attentive during the meal without being overbearing. This is in our top 3 restaurants to attend and bring our friends.

Delightful meal. We enjoyed several tapas - the grouper and charcuterie were our favorites - and all was delicious. On a hot day, the popsicle cocktail was a welcome and refreshing drink! Also loved their version of tres leches to close out an excellent meal.

Best dish we had were the meatballs, so absolutely delicious!! Their guacamole was amazing, with these puff pinwheels that were fabulous. Did not enjoy the fried grouper served in a paper cone. Our server highly recommended, but it seemed to be pieces of the dark veining of the fish and therefore, very fishy tasting. My husband would not eat it. Our friends love the ham and cheese croquets, but they were too rich for me. Dates in bacon, wait and get them for desert, very savory sweet! We will go back and order a bit differently.

Amazing food! New customers get complimentary meatballs, which are melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Everything we ate (street corn, fried grouper, charcuterie plate, and bacon-wrapped dates) were heaven in the mouth. Service was friendly. We went late on a Saturday night but the place was still hopping with several large, drunk parties going on so if you're looking for a quiet date night this probably isn't the spot. But if you don't mind a lively atmosphere and you love superb tapas this is the place! Oh, and cocktails are strong. :)

This was our first visit to Casa Robles and we went for our anniversary. The staff was wonderful, even gave us free champagne to celebrate! The food and atmosphere were great and we will definitely be back and highly recommend!

We had an excellent night at Casa Robles. The food…all of it, and we tried many things, were excellent. The albondigas was amazing and we would go back again just for them! Empanadas were amazing as well,as the mixed grill. Sangria and Margaritas were delicious. Don’t miss this place, it’s an excellent experience overall. Loved loved it!

Excellent tapas. My party of 2 shared 4 tapas and it was plenty! I had the mojito which was refreshing and a fun summer tasting cocktail paired with dinner. We will definitely return! Easy to reserve a table. Service was efficient and very helpful in making menu choices!

The place was nice and service was good. They were generous with their pours which was a plus. My entree though was a little bland. Had the Huevos Bravos and it was drenched in a sauce. I added the ham for $5 and there was very little of it. There were no vegetables at all which I would have preferred. I would not order this again.

Dinner for 2 on a busy Friday night. All the entrees (beef cheeks, chorizo, gazpacho, salad) were excellent. The only let down was the “cheesecake” with coffee ice cream and chocolate. The cake part was dry, unlike a true cheesecake. We’ve had their tres leches cake before and it was wonderful. Server Abby was very busy but somehow managed to be there when needed: she was attentive but not obtrusive. We should also note that their Sunday Brunch is becoming one of our favorites! Check it out!

First time visit. Chose restaurant from client appreciation week email received. Same owners as Table & Main and Osteria Mattone. We love these sister restaurants! Food was excellent! Service not so much!! Going to have to step up your game to meet expectations set by the other two restaurants in this group!

The swordfish Paella was fabulous, so was the guacamole and the stuffed peppers. We’ll be back ! Great cocktails too !
