Our server, Grant, was attentive and answered all our questions about menu items. He even had the bartender come to our table to answer spirits questions. The cocktails were tasty and craft quality. I think the menu is reasonably priced.

We opted for the patio. A good thing since there was live entertainment and the noise level inside was overwhelming. That being said the service and food were both excellent. A little pricey for tapas but the quality makes it worthwhile. Our second visit and will return.

Yummy food and drinks! We ordered bacon wrapped dates and croquettes and empanadas for the table. Everything was delicious. Service was great and not crowded. I wish we sat on the patio because I was freezing under the air conditioner. Large patio looked really nice. Live music would be fun!

Cinco de Mayo celebration. Had a special nacho asada that was delicious. The guacamole is one of the best I have ever had. This was only my second time at Casa Robles but love Ryan and Dan Pernice and am a big fan of them and their restaurants. They make you feel so welcome and appreciated. This is a great addition to Roswell.

It was cinco de Mayo and the portions were very small and the drinks were extremely small for the amount of money. I wouldn’t go back until they change their portion size and drink size. They didn’t even serve the margaritas in a margarita glass! Two sips it was finished.

Drinks were great and a few of the dishes were good. I was disappointed in the black mole--very bitter. The roasted veggies were ok and the stuffed peppers were not a favorite of the group. Everyone enjoyed the dates, croquettes and street corn.

Last night (Wed), 8 of us were seated in the patio area. We had to contend with noise from the machinery that ran the heaters and just two other tables - four top and six top. Between the ladies at the four top and the heater machinery, we almost had to yell to have conversation at our table. Noise level unacceptable. Service was very spotty at the outset, mainly because the one server - she was knowledgeable and capable - working the room had NO help and there was only one bartender on duty. That really delayed drink orders. When our Server got some help, overall service improved. Most of the food was excellent, except the Paella "special" with chunks of swordfish. Nothing special about it, actually rather unexciting and bland. Gamba's were good, but not fresh and tasty as those served at Eclipse di Luna. Loved the guacamole, empanadas, stuffed pepitas, fried grouper chunks, chorizo sausage and other tapas. The restaurant was out of Dos Equis Amber draft and Estrella draft. Those are your "bread and butter" draft beers. That should never happen. I would recommend the restaurant for the food and the level service we received at end of night. Gotta fix the noise problem and staffing issues.

Just went to Casa Robles and it was excellent! They had the typical Spanish tapas items, potatas bravas, Croquetas, Albondigos (meatball), etc.. But they also had some tapas that had a Latin flare. Mexican street corn (so good), Pupusa (a Salvadoran corn cake with pickled slaw; so good). We also had Pescaito Frito (light batter grouper bites; excellent). There were so many other items on the menu that we want to try next time. For desert we ordered the corn cake with corn ice cream, caramel sauce and caramel popcorn. Our waiter was so sweet and very attentive. I highly recommend Casa Robles and cannot wait to come back.

We were headed to the theater and found service to be a bit slow. We had to cancel dessert and coffees. It got very noisy as the place filled up. Food was good.

Despite some very aggressive salting, the food was very good. The patio needs to be modified to reduce noise. With a sheet metal roof and hard surfaces throughout, the ambient sound was greatly amplified until it was necessary to shout to be heard. We'll sit inside on our next visit. I hope the restaurant succeeds, being so far from Canton Street.

Went for Easter Sunday brunch and I have to say, it was amazing. The service was exceptional, our waitress (I feel bad I forgot her name) was very attentive and extremely pleasant. She made amazing recommendations that did not disappoint. We went with the salad and meatballs for an appetizer. Both were delicious and I especially loved the salad. For out mains we tried the avacado toast and the pancakes. Again, both were amazing. Highly recommend for brunch and looking forward to going back...

Chef Laura’s Ahi tuna was fabulous !! Seared perfect on top of corn. This is my favorite dish !! Mariah is an awesome bartender.
