   Excellent selection of tasty Italian dishes & plates, very well prepared with the care of an experienced Chef (IMO). 1st class service, attentive & arranging the food courses in just the right order, served with good timing & flow. Nice, simple, restaurant interior design & good setting with a lively, yet calming, ambiance. We will return for another special occasion.

   Fabulous food and amazingly helpful and friendly staff. A birthday candle on the tiramisu was a nice touch to recognise we were there for a birthday celebration.

    Our first visit to Casa and have to say it was a great experience. Staff were friendly fun and attentive, setting was lovely and great food. We opted for the Chefs choice which seemed ideal as we tried many dishes we may not have chosen, plenty to eat. Excellent evening thankyou

    Nice small plates Italian. Has a Michelin star, but that’s in the tradition of Michelin giving stars to chefs it’s already recognised - don’t think it would have one yet otherwise. Charming, intelligent and very competent service in a fairly run of the mill room - though in great sport (converted Victorian hospital on harbour side). Food very good but not superb - ultimately quite simple. One pasta dish - a double angelotti was outstanding, another however had insufficiently reduced wine, I suspect Marsala, leaving it a little sharp. Prices have to mentioned however. They would be bold in Mayfair or Manhattan. For Bristol they are absurd. £12 for a side of asparagus - 4 spears with a little dab of ricotta. £19 for a small slice of pollock, completely ungarnished. £26 for a mushroom pasta - that price no doubt said be justified by the ingredients including morels but I would say 1 chopped morel at most in a portion that wasn’t even appetiser sized, more like tapas. Compared to the value you get at rather better Bristol venues like Wilsons and Cor it is a bit ridiculous.

    Delicious food but £19 for 4 small pieces of tortellini and £19 per cocktail felt like a serious rip off. The service was fantastic and they took every opportunity to try and upswell. It was delicious but the food didn’t warrant the price. Muino Bristol is just as tasty for tapas and half the price, or pasta loco for pasta and whole bowl will as much as a tapas portion here

    Just an absolute must if you love food, great service and hospitality in general. The service was incredible. The food was incredible. A really special experience and yes it’s toppy but we’ll be talking about some of those dishes for years to come!! Would 100% recommend going, you will not be disappointed!

    The tasting menu started with an explosion of flavour in the form of a parmesan delight, and then followed up with a series of delightful small dishes. Slightly let down by a relatively (to the other dishes) bland chicken dish, but overall one of the better dining experiences in Bristol. From a money perspective, it wasn't massively expensive but it was slightly more than it should have been for the dishes presented, which is actually a positive, because other restaurants in Bristol deliver a way lower value for money than this,

    It’s exclusive dining with very attentive waiting staff - the portions are very small the tastes are mostly lovely with the semolina appetisers being especially nice but I didn’t enjoy the flavour of the beef cheeks. The house red was nice once it warmed up a bit - it’s not a place I’d return to

    A lovely place to try but were shocked that our bill came to almosat £350 (for two). £70 of this was two bottles of Rose, and £36 was the service charge. We were planning on trying paco next door this summer, but have decided not too now. Very good food and service but overall would have priced the evening at maybe £250 max for all we had.

    Casa is a top restaurant by the harbourside in Bristol The space is light and airy and tables are nicely spaced. We had the £80 pp chefs choice from the menu which featured Italian meat, fish pasta etc However thiis is no ordinary Italian The dishes es are inventive and simply delicious. Standouts were the Parmigiano puff, caponata and double Agnolotti The staff were good but we did have to ask a few times for our wines glasses to be topped up. Overall worth a visit for anyone who loves good food

    The food was very over-seasoned for our taste, which was a shame because I’m sure they’d have been outstanding. Not a fan of thumping music either. Staff were very good - cordial, efficient and helpful. But not a relaxing evening, and the prices seemed very high for some plates which seemed to have little input from any chef. Sadly, won’t be rushing back.

    Amazing food!!!, service outstanding and the whole restaurant had a very good vibe. Chose this restaurant just because of the reviews on the food and they were justified but the prices were ridiculous for what you get and we do dine out a lot!!! Its very much street food done well but for me the service compensates a bit for what you pay for. You can get similar for less with much less fussing if the menu had a few ingredients written in English or put in brackets so the waiter doesn’t waste half an hour explaining everything or looking for translation on your phone :( Having said that, it was an experience but wouldn’t be a regular there.     Our food was very good, the crispy olives were sensational and the pasta dishes all sublime. We were a later table, 9pm, and felt very rushed which is not ideal when you are offered a tasting menu. When the bill is well north of £100 per person I do not expect to be presented with the bill before I have asked for it and before I was offered coffee or after dinner drinks, in fact we still had half a bottle of wine to drink which was made uncomfortable with the bill on the table. Book an early table!
