   It was delicious! We started with lamb meatballs, for the main courses, we had the filet and the salmon. Amazingly tender filet, salmon was hot from the first bite to the last. Split a side of crispy sliced beets, if beets always tasted like that, I'd eat them daily! Split apple cobbler with cinnamon ice cream for dessert. Fantastic.

   We enjoyed our delicious brunch meal with blueberry cornbread, mushroom spinach omelette, and biscuits and gravy. A stroll around the grounds made for a delightful visit.

   Poor service. Waitress kept disappearing and manager would see us looking for her and send her back. Never got drink refills. Hamburger was bland and so I only ate half of it. Waitress asked if it was okay and I told her and she okay and walked away. Our table was in a corner that smelled and we sat next to a 1 year old that screamed for the entire hour. Glad to say I went but I won’t go back.

    Absolutely fabulous ambiance! Went here for my daughter's 22nd birthday. It was everything we wanted it to be. The server and other staff were amazing and attentive. Ask for Aydin. Terrific server! Be sure to go up on the roof to see the entire grounds. Will definitely be back!

    Everyone was very polite. They were understaffed, so we waited almost an hour to get our lunch. We were lucky a waitress explained they were short staffed in the kitchen and dining room. The food was excellent and the facility was beautiful.

    Great food and once again a great dining experience. I enjoyed a romantic dinner with my spouse to celebrate our wedding anniversary and i was very satisfied. A perfect night out. The staff helped make our night special by accommodating my special request for some flowers to be available for our table. I like that small bit of courtesy to make our night together even more special with a little personal care and touch.

    Our first time visiting the KY Castle and restaurant, what a wonderful experience! We had a party of 9 with not one complaint. The food, service and atmosphere was outstanding. We all enjoyed our brunch orders, a favorite was the blueberry cornbread starter and the white chocolate waffle. Drinks were delicious too! We will return!

    My wife and I went for a late anniversary dinner. The experience of being at a castle was everything I expected it to be. The grounds and the decor on the inside were spectacular. It truly is a breathtaking place. With that being said, let me say the dining experience wasn’t up to par. Our waitress was nice, but wasn’t as attentive as she should have been. We sat with empty glasses, during the majority of our dining time. She did apologize for this towards the end. The bread board was wonderful, the presentation of the entrees and sides were great, but they tasted terrible. We definitely left disappointed. I had the local beef filet it was charred on the outside more than it should’ve been. Our macaroni and cheese side was cold and tasteless. I was really hoping that the food and service would’ve matched the rest of the experience. If you’re gonna to offer upscale dining then it needs to be just that. We paid well over $100 for our meal and it should’ve been one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten, but sadly it was one of the worst.

    If I could give a negative star for the food I would. It was extremely overpriced and truly bad. It was actually difficult to force myself to eat it. The servers were very nice and the property is beautiful. The expirence was nice, just avoid the restaurant.

    The service was amazing! The food left something to be desired. The steak was overcooked, noodles and potatoes were undercooked and the price was high for the quality. The rooftop was closed but overall, we had a good time. We will return in the future for a cocktail and rooftop pictures, but will not reserve for a meal in the future

    The food is very overpriced for the quality. My husband order a steak medium rare and it was overcooked. He also felt like the quality of the meat wasn’t as good as it should be for what we paid. I ordered salmon and it was just okay. We also ordered the asparagus and mushrooms for sides. They were also both just okay. The chocolate cake we had for dessert was the best thing we ate. I wouldn’t go back.

    I always enjoy whatever I get at the Kentucky castle. But something that is frustrating is that every time I eat there, the food is just warm never hot. I always want my food as hot as possible. Other then that it's a lovely experience!

    Seated in the bar; if we wanted to go to a bar to eat, would have gone to a bar, not the castle. Waited 35 minutes to get our food after ordering!! Brisket Benedict was not good, the brisket was dry, very thin and, overcooked, plus the eggs were fried instead of poached. Been here numerous times, but this time was bad,

    We had high hopes. My brother has been there many times and always raved about it. I have to say, however, that our experience was less than stellar. First, we were seated in the bar, not in a dining room as expected. And it was so loud! Not only was there an incredibly loud group of people seated next to us but even the bartenders voices carried and echoed throughout the space. The food was very disappointing. My husband's filet was not of good quality and was fairly tasteless. My MIL's salmon was overcooked. My smoked guinea hen was dry. The sides were disappointing, as well. Asparagus was overcooked, fingerling potatoes were undercooked and the "crispy shallots" were, while crisp, coated with raw flour. I really cannot recommend this restaurant although I really wish I could.

    The food we had was wonderful. We had the white chocolate and macadamia waffle and the spinach and mushroom omelette. Loved them both. Service was great and prices were reasonable. Highly recommend!
