Great service and really good food. I had the French onion soup and burger. Only odd thing is you may share a booth, if sitting in the bar area.

Everything was great but service was too rushed. Appetizers came minutes after getting cocktails. Food was fantastic. Best French Onion soup I've ever had.

Everything was great, except for someone coming to tell us to leave, I never experience this in my life. We were not seating there just talking we were consuming, but because they were busy and wanted us to leave to put to tables together … they asked us to leave. We didn’t say anything, and wasn’t even rude to the person that did this, because she is just doing what she probably was told to do from the Management. I am very disappointed and hurt. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go there for dinner. When we got there wasn’t busy, and then started getting really busy, I think they just overbook for dinner… or just booked people in the last minute hoping we could leave soon. Unprofessional.

Booked dinner for two. Seated in the ‘Lounge’ Very loud there. Told had to ask for dining room when reserving. An option not made clear when reserving. Arrived on time. Waited to be seated. At the end of the main course told we had to be moved as table was booked to follow. Moved to the adjoining dining room area. Had dessert there. Very attentive service. Timely. Fairly expensive for the quality of meal. Big issue with cold wind entering the Lounge and Dining room. Persisted the entire duration. Uncomfortable.

Restaurant overall was nice but we were sat next to the entrance which was very cold, so we really didn’t enjoy our evening as everyone was sitting there, cold

It was an exceptional service, drinks, charcuterie board and onion soup. The Cornish hen and Rack of lamb were pretty bland. The complementary crème brûlée was a delight and it was overall a good experience celebrating birthday.

Ok dinner. The restaurant was understaffed due to a party on the lower level and the service was not good. We got our main courses delivered half way though eating our appetizers. Decanter and wine glasses where covered in finger prints. We asked for one dish to have to starch on the side and it was served on top. Lots of missteps, unfortunately. Food was ok. Not sure I’d go back.

Izzy our server was the best part of the night! She was truly amazing! Ambience is lovely, we went on a Wednesday night so there was no DJ. I heard it gets loud in the weekends unless you ask to be seated in the bistro. Food was delicious, fresh oysters, burrata was delicious, lobster pasta a must have, lamb shanks were a bit over done! Overall a great experience.

We celebrated my birthday ! Service was quick and nice. My main course was to spicy and they quickly changed it , even though it had the explanation on the menu …. Which I did not read well. I was impressed! I Will definitely come back and try lunch !

Burrata and heirloom tomatoes Tasty, not exceptional Mussels were ok, no delicious, interesting flavours Expensive so my expectations are high. Our server was excellent. I would go back and try something else on the menu.

Great young waitress who is a pre-med student at Guelph. Keep her as long as you can ! Food excellent. I wear hearing aids and found the noise level on the high side, likely due to all the glass windows.

Izzy was a wonderful host, sea food was amazing. Very nice house red wine. Freshly brewed decaf coffee. Highly recommend checking out this place. The DJ was amazing and music very energetic

Overall outstanding experience. Extremely attentive service, incredibly delicious food and drinks. A great new spot in Oakville with a very well, thought out dinner and drink menu. Came here with a party of 6, we were taken care of the second we walked in and everyone left full and happy.

This was our 3rd time to ace Soir and it’s always great. The burrata and scallops are super delicious. The vibe is amazing although it’s a bit loud so it’s hard to have a conversation. Prices are a little high but the food is fantastic.

We had a great family get together at ce door brassiere. We tried many of the appetizers sharing which were tasty. The main courses were great, specially the steak frite and the Chilean sea bass. The desserts were great too. Our server was super nice and very attentive.

Amazing food! We had the clams & pork appetizer which was delicious. I had the seafood bouillabaisse and my husband had mushroom ravioli as mains . Both dishes were perfect. The broth in the bouillabaisse was great with their bread. They also have their own pastry chef so worth having dessert. Would recommend. The menu is quite expensive so be prepared.

Food was not great. Side salad for the burger was just a few plain leaves with dressing. My friend ordered a salad with salmon and received a very boring salad with a piece of salmon on a side place. Odd. Won’t be going back any time soon.
