The cocktails were amazing, we had to ask for cutlery twice, but server was super friendly and was always willing to ask questions about dietary restrictions! We found the timing of foods to drinks a little off, but just minor timing issue. Food tasted great, overall a great night

Sunday Funday was great for the drinks. not enough vegan/vegetarian choices. Our friends (non-vegan) had two different chicken sandwiches - the one had a generous size of chicken and the other was so thin you could hardly see it. Our server was very good, Pooja was delightful. I don't appreciate the tip guide starting at 18% - maybe pay your staff more. Tips are not assumed!

This was my first time here and the brunch food was fantastic! I loved every bite! The only hiccup was after our server cashed out the new server did not check in on us....after waiting with empty glasses, we got a pitcher of water from the server station and refilled our drinks. On a final note for this Ellerslie location, the handicap button for the automatic doors are NOT working - this was frustrating for me when i tried to enter and exit using my walker. Perhaps the host and hostess staff can assist disabled customers using the doors until maintenance can fix the doors. Thank you

Incredible food and energy in this restaurant second time eating here and it was just as wonderful, personal favourite so far is “The Standard” and the Cajun chicken sandwich. wonderful atmosphere and very friendly waitresses

Went for Father’s Day brunch and was very disappointed. Service was very slow, getting our order taken, our drinks, our food, the bill, everything! My meal was last coming out from everyone else’s at our table. Server told me they would take care of my meal since we had been waiting so long. Food was bland and small portions. Then when we got the bill it was still on there. Our baby and toddler were so fussy after being there so long, we decide to just pay and get the heck out of there.

Went to have dinner with friends. Got there 20 minutes early. Ordered a lime margarita. Friends arrived, 20 minutes later. Ordered their drinks. They all came at once. I waited 25 minutes for my drink. It was a horrible rendition of a line margarita: I don’t like spice in my damn margaritas. Second drink took about 25 minutes as well. The server told us the bar was backed up. I looked directly at two bartenders casually talking, not making drinks. We did not stay to eat. Service, wait and atmosphere was poor. Probably won’t come back.

Very disappointing! Our two friends, my husband and I arrived for our 5:30pm reservation, Service was extremely slow with apologies that they were anticipating a smaller group of 25 in their private room and they in fact received double that. Requested their top appetizer, sliders and The Ronald and the Honey Fried Sandwich and was told that they were sold out at 5:30 pm?!!The Sangrias were watered down and one of our guests did not like the beer choice and when I brought this to the server’s attention she said, “I am sorry but, I cannot take it back”. Salads were very small, soggy and tasteless. Not a good experience at all.

Food was great. Our server did NOT seem to have that “I REALLY care about my clients vibe”. She was very average and at the end she split up our bill wrong (we were trying to treat the birthday girl and we asked for her bill to be split on all of ours) and she didn’t seem to care in general. Just very mediocre. After she brought us the bills with an obvious error, she just said if we wanted her to fix it, she would have go in her system and redo the whole bill. If she really wanted to give good client service she should have not stood there like a deer in headlights. She should have just quickly taken all of the 6 wrong bills and corrected them in the system and then brought us all new bills instead of making it so awkward and standing there while we were trying to figure out who was going to pay for the 7th bill she brought us. (There was only 6 of us paying but she handed us 7 bills….). It felt like common sense that the solution would be to just take all the bills and go reprint them and give us 6. Also she was not apologetic and seemed as if we were inconveniencing her. Please talk to her about romancing the customer and perhaps engaging a bit more so she can at least appear like she cares The food and drinks were great though.

Food was delicious, good drink options, the restaurant is well-designed. We found our service to be quite slow (though it was Mother’s Day, so perhaps more busy than anticipated). There was also a disruptive couple sitting not far from our table, at the bar, who were yelling mothers-day wishes to the whole restaurant (over-served?) and subsequently made it difficult for us to hear our own conversation. It took a good while for management to come over and ask them to quiet down. Overall, not bad! This location is new, so perhaps the staff is finding their rhythm. We would go back :)

There was a mixup with the reservation - I had originally made one online for 6 but called three days prior to the date to change to 8, which I was assured was possible. Unfortunately a table for 6 was only available day of, and eventually effort to accomodate was made by adding an extra chair to the booth, but no sincere apologies or compensatory efforts were made. Waitress was attentive but the young man who delivered the food was cold when there was minor confusion over who's burger was who's. For the price, the quality of the food was sub-par and some dishes arrived cold.

This is a great socialization spot. The food is absolutely delicious with a wide arrange of cocktails to choose from. The staff are friendly, fun, courteous and efficient. They have a perfect amount of tvs to watch the game and the music level is just right. We’re so glad to have such a great place to go in our community now !
