    Without a doubt one of the best, if not the best, Italian restaurants in San Diego. All pastas are homemade and even their desserts are homemade. Servers and kitchen staff are also highly aware of Celiac disease and accommodated my wife. Will definitely look forward to coming back.

    As always the fresh pasta & sauces are amazing. I was excited to see cannoli on the menu. However, there is no substitute for the beautiful cannoli that was on the original menu. Please bring back the original.

    OUTSTANDING meal. I've been to Cesarina dozens of times and the food is ALWAYS GREAT. I don't know of another restaurant in San Diego that I've been to that everyone has always liked their meal every single time. The ability for a restaurant to be busy every night and have excellent service and a great meal each and every time is remarkable, especially these days. Cesarina continues to be one of, if not THE best restaurants in San Diego

    All the wait staff, including the hostesses, were phenomenal from start to finish. Our food was great and our server, Jake, explained everything so well. We had an excellent dining experience!
