We loved the atmosphere here! We didn’t feel rushed to get in order and eat and leave like other establishments. We could relax and enjoy our meal at each course. This place allows you the time to sip and savour.The flavours were phenomenal. Cocktails delicious. The bathrooms have fancy bidet toilets. Every facet of this place is fantastic! The menu is pricey, but worth the cost!

Cheese fist was great, lobster and Frank's steak. All recommended. The mash potatoes was devine as well, really it all tasted great. The service was amazing. This along with the Lake House are two of the greats in Calgary SE.

The food and service workers are phenomenal. It might have taken quite a while for our food to be served but it was worth waiting for. A bit noisy due to people chatting around the table but still had an awesome dinner and would definitely going back.

From the moment you get in until you go out, the service is impeccable. The dinner is an experience, with explanation about the Meat, its origins and cuts. The portion is great and please try the steak tártare as appetizer...Perfect! Stop by at the washroom to complete your experience 😁 Definitely worh it

I have been to Chairman’s Steakhouse a couple of times now. Last night I was able to bring family members from out of town to enjoy the experience. I honestly have only good things to say. It may be a bit pricy but if you are looking for amazing food and experience this is the place to go. I will be back for sure.

This will be our last time to Chairman's for awhile. The Wednesday Deal has gone downhill. Half of our cut of meat was fat. It took 2 hours from when we ordered to receive our mains!!

The overall review is not based on my server specifically, I was lucky enough to have Michael again. If you go here, this is the server you want regardless of the outcome of your experience. Michael, you are a true gentleman, very professional and it is very clear you care about your guests. The overall experience however, was extraordinarily frustrating and disappointing. Between appy's and the main, nearly 2 hours. There were numerous empty tables, and seeing servers continuously go to various tables apologizing clearly there was something going on in the back. Nonetheless, the way that the website advertises the restaurant, the notice for the dress code when you're booking online and the notice at the front desk when you first walk into the restaurant are simply ink on paper. When you read these notices to be dressed properly collared shirts etc you're expecting a specific experience. When you're seated and there are people wearing jeans and t-shirts, big dirty hoodies, ripped up pants... individuals walking around talking on speakerphone literally walking by all the tables while they're having their 10-15 minute long conversation, that's unacceptable. I have dined im numerous establishments around the world that don't just advertise their requirements they enforce them. The individual on the phone would have been asked to take their phone call outside. The individuals is not dressed following the dress code would have been asked to come back with appropriate attire or, some establishments will offer you a dinner jacket instead of asking you to leave. This felt more like going to the keg and just paying more for your drinks and food. You're better off going to Caesar's downtown... The staff there must have learned from Michael lol..

This was our second dinner and we were both times happy to have chosen to indulge in the exquisite treats at CHAIRMAN'S STEAKHOUSE. The Tuna tartar absolutely a delight !!! Our steaks prepared to the point , medium rare ! The dessert, Creme Brûlée, attractive but maybe a better to go more traditional.

Very very slow service. Ordered two 12oz steaks for myself. One of them was 75% fat on a strip loin, complained and server just said ok. Then asked for bill, was refused and told to look at desert menu. I was shocked. Then came around again and asked if I wanted another drink in which I asked for the bill once more. Was checked up on once during the entire main course.
