   Everything was great. From the moment we arrived,our expectations were exceeded. Some places, won't seat you until your entire party is present. That was not the case. We were seated and checked on throughout the night. The food was sensational!

   As a first time visitor I am below satisfied. I was my 2 year wedding anniversary and we chose this location to celebrate. Unlike other upscale restaurants there was no significance place or accommodations made to commemorate the event. We sat for 40 minutes with no meat. I explained it was our first experience and never did anyone explain the card process. So I watched 50 please servers walk pass me. The waiter was not attentive at all or else I would have asked had he returned. The party that came after us that sat directly behind us had no decorum and we’re basically screaming in my ear. “Not my mans talking about politics, not my man’s talking about after every sentence”! It was very annoying and I know the staff heard them and no one addressed it. I would have complained, but it was no use, when I expressed to the manager that we were paying for an incredibly low service, and that I had no meat for 40 minutes! This restaurant did not have any black servers or staff! They mainly spoke Spanish and it was very hard communicating what we wanted. And it took forever to get well done meat. In the end the meat was extremely soft. They had valet parking. The inside looked nice. However the service was subpar and I would not recommend anyone to go for a special occasion. Als, ensure you understand that the card must be on green to be served! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! We will be going somewhere else today our actual anniversary due to the experience being so poor!

   Awesome as ever. This is by far my favorite Brazilian steakhouse. The food was great and plentiful. The service was outstanding as well.

    If you think because you have eaten Brazilian before, you understand green is go and red is stop, right? Help your self sides, and fresh hot carved meats, table side. What the difference, between the quality of everything you eat, and the variety? Nothing they both transcend your expectations! Service, in sync, with the we are not simply great, we are simply the best, no other option for them. Leadership on the floor, need anything, to you visit the cheese bar; set your last napkin on the table. You get back and folded by your plate; and a thousand other little specialties. Like the perfect flavors, the lobster bisque soup, figs, last but by far from least the wines, yes they have that!

    It’s was an amazing place to go, i think that it’s worthy to go at least one time to try the experience, the food was on point, the service it’s very quick and gently and you can even ordering for something especial, I took my gf for her birthday and she loved the place

    My wife and I went there because she has talked for years about the salad bar there a few years back. I purposely chose to go to this place because of her desire for the salad bar. I thought all Brazilian steak houses had the candied bacon on the salad bar. I was horribly disappointed when my wife came back from the salad bar with a look of disappointment and sadness. I then went to the same salad bar and found that many items are not the same that they used to be and there was no candied bacon anywhere. This is ridiculous for a place that charges as my uh as they do for a person to eat. The tables are so close together I could hear everything the people on either side were talking about and it was very distracting.

    It was a great birthday dinner they accommodated well the only problem I had was that when it was time to sing happy birthday they told me no but somebody else had a birthday and they got the works I just got a dessert

    We went for our 22nd anniversary but was disappointed with the quality of food and the ambiance. The meat was either over or under and was not hot. The mashed potatoes and banana foster were good. However, my martinis were terrible. There was structural damage of the building and it definitely needs a makeover. We sat at a table that had a plain white tablecloth on it with nothing else on it. The chairs did not even match!!! The severs would run into each other when trying to serve and was rushing too. We will not be coming back to this location again. Please make some changes to the restaurant and make the experience once again to be overall wonderful occasion.

    Chama Gaucha is an absolute dream. The salad/cheese bar is supreme, and the selection of meats (and other goodies—like fried cheese!) are top tier. We came here for our anniversary and will be certain to come back for a regular dinner. The staff are all kind and attentive—water is consistently filled, new plates provided as necessary, and again—round-the-clock delivery of an incredibly variety of meats. The filet mignon is my favorite! A beautifully displayed flan dessert was given to us on the house to celebrate our anniversary. 5/5! 10/10! Chama Gaucha is where it’s at. :-)

    Well they brought a bill them after waiters check the bill and asked my teenage son age he went back and charge us without telling us what was going on. We’re a business owner we can’t just charge a customer after giving a receipt we always tell customers what’s going on or extra charges! The manager came and fixed the bill she was nice and polite!
