   Our main courses arrived almost 1 hour after being ordered. The Trump Burger was overpriced and bland. Also, the server asked what temp I wanted the meat cooked and I said Well Done; but after waiting almost an hour the burger arrived as Medium. Had to wait another 20 mins for the kitchen to make a new burger. The manager was nice enough to come and apologize for the mistake. Overall this was not worth the $24. One could go to Five Guys for a better burger and kitchen-efficient experience.

   Our waiter Manuel was never around when needed, was very slow to bring drinks, forgot to bring drinks twice, forgot to bring water with ice, forgot to bring drink without ice, was not focused at all on orders. No one cleared the table when we finished eating, we cleaned up ourselves after waiting for 20 minutes and asked to have plates cleared. Manuel never smiled, even when we were friendly and funny with him, he had no energy, seemed to not like the job he was doing. Ordered steak frites, was dry and dull. Ordered grilled palm salad, palms were not grilled. In general for an upscale resort, we did not receive upscale service.

   Our server was very nice but took forever and seemed to disappear from time to time. Our food was basic at best. Which is surprising for such an upscale resort.

   ALWAYS our go-to place for holidays and special events - but also for FOOTBALL! The bar at Champions is the best and the football watching is fabulous. We feel like kings when we are there -- ALL members of the staff know how to treat people right. What a treasure to have this place in our community!!!

    ALWAYS FABULOUS. Everyone from the entry attendant to the valet to the greeters, waiters and hosts make us feel welcome and special.     Each time we have dinner at Champions, our overall experience has been outstanding! We have had the good fortune to have Gabe as our server and in addition to remembering what we like, he is a wonderful conversationalist. We also had Rand stop by to say hello and share the great things that are happening at the Trump Hotel. Thank you both! Eating outside is such a pleasurable experience and the menu selections enhanced our evening. We look forward to being back again in 2023.

    Once again, the menu and outdoor seating were outstanding and our server, Gabe, made the difference! He remembered us and escorted us to our table--so engaging and personable-- what a great person to represent the Trump Doral brand. When we asked Gabe if we could speak with his manager, he took the extra step and introduced us to Rand Mulvey, and he spent some time with us at our table. Wow--we were impressed, and it was a pleasure learning about him personally, and how much he valued the Trump Doral and the future. Many thanks!

    Great experience during lunch! Dined here multiple times and all was excellent (service and quality). Highly recommend to try — too many delicious dishes to list but definitely recommend the calamari fries, shishito peppers and Brussel sprouts for starters. My favorite dish was the quinoa/veggies… seriously amazing! *** My prior review below was for breakfast only held upstairs at BLT and was the ONLY negative experience I’ve had here… sadly the experience was horrible at breakfast. I asked for an over hard egg then realized shortly after eating it was runny and definitely over easy — the wait to bring out the food was long so I was just eager to eat and there was no one around outside to verify if they’d made it as I’d requested since it definitely didn’t seem like it… When the waiter did finally come out I informed him to find out from the chef if they had forgotten to fulfill my request to make it over hard, he said he would ask and never even did… instead brought out the check... The worst service ever, sadly this waiter is cold and uninterested. The dishes weren’t good either but likely due to him putting orders incorrectly. My feedback for management would be to use it as a training opportunity for that employee.

    The food was amazing and so was the service! Presentation of all the dishes were really nice as were all the flavors. Highly recommend the shishitos and calamari fries to start off. Very nice, courteous staff. Views are awesome too especially by the windows. Being located at such a beautiful resort you’d expect nothing less but they really do meet a high bar, highly recommend!

    Matias our server was fantastic. He was able to get the bartender to prepare a smoked mezcal margarita I had heard about and it was lovely. The food was good, but kind of wished we had ordered the Trump burger. The vanilla cheesecake was yummy. Overall it was a nice experience.

    The rigatoni was “really good” as per my husband. The prices were outrageous per my son who consumed a $28 hamburger. I had $55 grouper with ratatouille sauce and “crispy” white rice (that just tasted under cooked) which was WAY overpriced.

    First the positive: The hostess was great. Seated us by a window that had a lovely view. Bad: We ordered our drinks, and food. 3 of the same salad with chicken, one with dressing on the side, and one Caesar salad with salmon. Nothing fancy or special. We weren't offered refills on our soda or tea, they sat empty. Our salads arrived, two with dressing, one without and we needed to request it on the side, again, which took over 10 minutes to receive. And the Caesar was delivered without dressing on it at all, nor on the side, and that wasn't even a request. The chicken was soo dry. The salmon was also overcooked (even though they asked the temp and were told medium). Drinks empty. Asked three people about dressing, one didn't understand English, finally was brought a LOT of caesar dressing on the side. Asked for a large sparkling water, they brought a large bottle, as well as 4 glasses, poured it ALL into everyone who didn't even ask for it, and I got one small glass myself, and sat empty, again. No one finished their food. Not to mention, there was a security alarm and flashing lights that went off the entire duration of our meal, announcing we should all exit the building but we looked around and the staff seemed unphased by this, as if it happens all the time, and no one moved. The kicker was the auto gratuity. I know times are hard. But when spending over $40 per person for lunch salads, to see auto gratuity, was the kicker. Do not recommend.
