Last minute decision to go to Chandler's. We haven't been there in over 4 years. We will return. Meal was tasty and within reason. We are locals.
Can't beat the $4 wine and $5 on a Wednesday night. Service was great and the bar and restaurant are always busy and lively. A bargain of a meal to catch up with friends.
Excellent food, excellent service! It’s a local favorite dinner spot!
We had a great meal, our server was great and very busy. There was a large party next to us and it was very loud, we were looking for a nice casual evening. This is nothing anyone could control and I’m usually the one in the big loud party, but we just came from a work convention and wanted to eat and relax.
Many thanks for a great dinner and positive service! We'll be back!
Always a great date night at Chandlers with delicious food and beverage
You can always get a great meal at Chandler's Fish Frys are great.
The food was good, but the service was a bit slow. We weren't in any hurry so it was OK. The pot roast sandwich and tater tots was very good.
Food was good and our waitress Karen was wonderful
Slow seating. Food was slow to come out. Food was the quality you’d expect at a cheap banquet hall. Steak was overcooked, soggy vegetables. Salad dressing was even gross. Won’t be back.
Excellent meal. You always know the food will be good.
It was ok. Nothing special but no problems. Probably great for golfers.
Food was very good, filet mignon sliders prepared medium rare as ordered. Others had rib eye steaks and pork chops that were very good, meat prepared as ordered. Waitress friendly and efficient. Casual dining overlooking the golf course. Highly recommend.
This is one of our favorite casual restaurants. The restaurant overlooks a golf course giving it a very relaxed atmosphere. The servers are always friendly and prompt and the server we had this visit was just that. We've had various dishes the times we have dined here but my favorite is Shrimp De Jonghe, while my wife prefers Rib Eye so that is what we had this visit
You can't go wrong at Chandler's, especially with their Wednesday night specials: House wines $4 each and $5 burgers! Plus, you can view the golf course and surrounding areas while you dine. The food and wine, along with the atmosphere and friends, make this a great place to meet up for a drink, bite to eat, and maybe even a round of golf.
I had the steak n bake Tuesday special. The steak is always cooked to perfection and tender. The special comes with a baked potatoe, soup or salad. It is filling and delicious. The martini's are spectacular! The bar tender Rich is one of the nicest guys, service is 5*. We love coming to this place.
Great pork chops at a great price-don’t pass them up!
I always give good reviews where it's due. Our dinner was fine, waitstaff great and very attentive. My only complaint is that when our hostess seated us at our reserved table (two square tables put together for six people), I saw a round table set for six and asked if we could take that table instead. She said no, that the table was reserved for another party. We were there for two hours and no one ever came to sit at this table. This would be my only complaint for this visit at Chandler's. Otherwise, this is a great restaurant, and we continue to dine here as much as we can. We love the ambiance and the golf course in the summer. So pretty.
Love Chandler's , local favorite. Had my first disappointing meal though.. Prime Rib was dry, overcooked and tasteless. Server barely came back to our table. Bus boy cleared our table before the server could even ask about our meals. Was embarrassed we brought 2 new people, raving about the place and had such a disappointment. Will try again as it was the first bad meal, if it happens again, will call a manager..
Scallop salad, pork chop and ribs were excellent, cooked very well.
Tatar tots, steak fries and chicken fingers were very overcooked in the fryer.
Sangria that we always get was just ok this time. Usually fantastic. Service was just average. Our usual server was not there. Overall just ok when we usually leave extremely happy. We were sat next to an obnoxious table of women who were extremely load. There was no reason for that. Place was half empty.
Server brought water then forgot about us. Another server stepped up and did an awesome job but the damage was done. We'll be back but not anytime soon.
My steak and potato pancakes were delicious, and my husband was drooling over his very tasty Oso Buco.
The food here is always very good and you can't beat the Wednesday $5 burger deal, except when it's paired with a $4 glass of house wine. The servers are constantly on the go and the restaurant is usually packed. Reservations are strongly encouraged, unless you enjoy waiting for a table. Overall - excellent value, fantastic service and great food.
Chandler's has a great Wednesday night deal: $5 burgers and $4 house wines - you really can't beat it . The burger comes with cheese, tomato, pickles and lettuce, plus raw onion if you request it. You also get French fries or Tater tots - the TOTS are highly recommended. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Delicious.
Burgers are cooked to order with a choice of 3-4 cheeses (I can't remember because I always get cheddar) and the house wine is good. There's also a vodka and beer special, but I usually go for the wine.
Overall, good food, great service and fantastic value.
The food was good with a lot of choices and the service was excellent.
Great place - our group of 11 women was very happy overall. Service by Kristine was superb!! First time any of us had been there and all of us came from average 45 min away...we will be back!
Steak was prepared awful
We had a reservation to celebrate our Anniversary. As we approached the restaurant, we were greeted by young ladies. They didn't even say hi or welcome.. Just yes?!? . They couldn't decide to seat us in a very empty restaurant.. Maybe two tables were taken. They sat us all the way by the entrance to the kitchen. So we were seated.. No one came to us for almost 15 minutes. Two servers kept passing us up because we were seated right by the kitchen entrance. We almost got up to leave, but Ruby greeted us . She was friendly. the food was decent .. But to see us come back, Ruby needs to be there!
There were a lot of large tables and we were just a table for two. The staff was a little busy keeping up with the larger tables. Though our server was nice she was completely harried when she got a chance to come by and check on us, take our order...etc
The food is super fresh/delicious and the service is great. Prices are really reasonable.... I would recommend the restaurant.
Chandlers has great cocktail specials. The mini filet sliders were delicious. The homemade pot roast with mashed potatoes and home made gravy did not disappoint.
We go here frequently. The service is always friendly, the food is consistently very good, and it's a good value for your dollar. Nice views of the golf course. I don't think that you can go wrong here.
Very good food. Enjoyable view of the golf course. Excellent service.
It was our 1st visit to Chandler's and the food was very good and so was the service. Would probably go back, but there are SO many choices!
Our first time here and we both really enjoyed it. The food was great, with moderate prices (my 10 oz Prime Rib was $19, with salad, bread, potato, and veggie). The service was good. We asked to be seated by the fireplace, and we were!
We've eaten here many times, and usually it's very good. It was a Friday night, but it was not that busy. The issue was, it took over 45 minutes to get our food. The waitperson finally admitted the kitchen lost our order. The good was, my order, and a few of the drinks were comped.
The service was great as was the food... The manager Bob greeted us at the table following our meal... love Chandlers... a hidden gem!
Food was great good value Service was outstanding
