Amazing steaks, fantastic wine choices, was not a fan of the starter salad that comes with the meal. The service was fantastic but the prices are expensive. Overall I recommend this restaurant if you are looking for an awesome steak!

The valet was friendly and fast. Gonzalo, our server along with his assisting staff were excellent. We look forward to returning. I wish we had them in Volusia County Florida!

As longtime guests of Charley's we had a rather disappointing evening last night. We did have a party of 13 and I know how that can complicate service however that wasn't the reason for this review. In fact the service was top notch, very accommodating to our specific group needs. The disappointment was in the quality of the steaks and specifically the degree of requested cooking. Three in our party requested a replacement as it was overcooked. This was very uncharacteristic of our previous visits. Maybe this was a particular night/cook staff issue but it was not our usual experience with Charley's. The management did make adjustments to the bill but we still left somewhat dissatisfied with our special night out.

The best steak house in Orlando . Staff always give a warm welcome . Excellent cocktails pre-dinner . Colossal Crab Martini is a beautiful light starter and large enough to share . Steak was awesome and as always perfectly cooked.

Our dining experience at Charlie’s was outstanding. The steaks were the best we’ve ever had. The service was a wonderful experience also. Our waiter, Lane, was very attentive and knowledgeable. It was a nice 50th Anniversary celebration.

We had this as an our “big” dinner for our vacation. So glad we did!!! The service was spectacular and meals were amazing!!!! the portion sizes were very generous to the point that we were able to have another meal with the left-overs back at our condo. We would definitely recommend this restaurant. So glad we dined there!!!!

The good: the bacon wrapped scallops were as good as I’ve had anywhere. They were perfectly cooked and incredibly tender. The bad: We ordered a dry-aged ribeye med-rare. It came out raw in the middle. Not rare, but raw. It felt cold to the touch. So, I sent it back. The Ugly: The steak came back about 5min later. Now 75% of the steak was gray with the remaining 25% was still undercooked and not warm. They offered to put it back on. I declined. At this point it was almost 9:00, so we decided to put a fork in it. I would have expected an establishment like this would know how to cook a steak. It’s not that difficult to get a steak cooked to a proper temp edge-to-edge with a good sear on the outside. Overheard a similar problem at a table near ours. Other than the cooking issues, the service was good. What was most upsetting is we didn’t get to enjoy a steak with the $300 bottle of wine I brought with.

Simply put Charlie’s is the best we come from South New Jersey, just to go to dinner and Charlie steakhouse food. The staff ambience is simply the best. We have many find steak houses in the northeast. Nothing compares to Charlie. As usual, excellent in every way possible. It was my birthday, and I was surprised with a beautiful card from Charley’s upon arrival. Delicious filet mignon, complimentary lobster bisque, wedge salad. Perfect as always. Crab meat martini cocktail, delicious. My husband’s steak was the usual delicious perfect steak. Surprise ice cream sundae for dessert for my birthday. Thank you Charley’s . You always are the best in every way. Of course, we will be back very soon.

I brought in a LARGE group and had excellent service. Unfortunately the steak I ordered came overcooked and with a butter on top that I didn't order. I mentioned the butter to my server who said "that's how they come". Then when I cut into it, it was medium and not medium rare. I was very pleased overall with the rest of the meal - the escargot was perfection, and the cauliflower is always a treat - as well as the ability for your team to execute such a large meal for everyone in my party.

Our favourite steak house in the World . Wagu beef was on offer so we spoilt ourselves . Perfectly cooked and unbelievably tasty . The Crab Cocktail to start was amazing and an excellent wine list . Great server , Rachael . Perfect timings and service . Lovely to have a chat to Jennifer , one of the managers . I totally recommend Charley’s !

The whole experience was very good. The only reason the overall rating wasn't excellent was one of the steaks ( Kansas City Ribeye ) was rather tough. Would definitely return.

Had a wonderful experience at Charley’s Steak House. The service was excellent-Thanks Aaron for taking such good care of us 3 gals from Wisconsin! The food & beverages were over the top. Wow , simply such an amazing experience. Our server was Carlos and he was great and ready to answer any questions .We were celebrating a birthday , and the personal touches were so sweet ! They had a card signed by staff. So thoughtful! I had the honor of enjoying the wagyu filet mignon , to die for ! It melted in my mouth . And it paired perfectly with the Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. The lobster mash was so delicious ! The ambiance was very calm yet lively . Everyone was sat in a good space . Management even made their round to our table and made sure all was to our liking . Love coming to a fine dining space that lives up to their name and Charley's does not disappoint. Highly recommend! Thank you so much !
