   Came here for the first time after an event at the NAC. The overall ambiance of the bar was great and had a really incredible energy. The food was tasty and the perfect thing for a late-night snack. The drinks were great and well balanced, and the menu had some interesting options that I hope to go back and try. Service could have been a bit more attentive, but it seemed there were only two waitresses to serve a full bar, but there are no complaints about the service. However, for a cocktail bar, I would expect to be able to have a conversation with my friends. The music was quite loud and probably more suited to a dance club than a cozy cocktail bar. I think I will try Charlotte again as an earlier evening option instead of a late-night option.

   Not the place to go for conversation, which is fine, just something to consider. My table wasn’t ready on time and we had to wait outside to be notified. The service was okay I guess but drinks took forever and the sever couldn’t remember what I ordered and had to ask me again when everyone else had their drinks. Not the biggest deal, but just not ideal. The decor and energy is cool though.

   The drinks were good but too pricey for what it was. I had higher expectations. We took the board, and we werent impressed either, its easy to do better at home so we were disappointed… wont come back for the food for sure. The ambience was great, the place is beautiful.

   We went for relaxed cocktails and conversation but the music was too loud and ruined the experience. The shaken drinks were great, but the stirred drinks were poorly balanced. The servers couldn’t hear us, so we waited 15 minutes with empty drinks, unable to converse because of the harmful noise levels. I measured the volume and it was a sustained 80-85 decibels- well above the safe volume range, as 70 decibels can cause permanent hearing loss.

    We stopped in for a quick drink. It was very early in the evening so it wasn’t busy yet. My drink was delicious and our bartender Rebecca was very sweet and personable. Looking forward to returning for food too next time and more of an opportunity to enjoy the chill vibe and relaxing ambiance.

    Amazing drinks with a great vibe! Service was amazing and we had an amazing night. I would say the only setback was how busy the restaurant was and how there was a reservation after us, making the experience feel a touch rushed but overall an amazing experience.

    The kitchen was closed but the hostess didn't mention that when she seated us. We were offered popcorn instead. The two bags were quite small and ended up costing us $15. Not happy about that. The drinks were good – we had the fountain drink and a Negroni. Our was very pleasant and apologized for not being able to service any food. The ambiance was great. Lots of young people since it was a Wednesday evening and not too busy.

    The star-rating is not spot on as we did not order food and had to rate it to be able send in a review. I didn’t want to give one star so have 5 to fill out that section. The noise level is not accurate either. One star meant I didn’t recall the noise level and 5 meant it was energetic. It was way too loud for a lounge atmosphere and we had to shout to hear each other. The atmosphere was fun though and the drinks were good.

    Great spot for drinks with friends. Loud & lively sit down scene, yet also can be a more intimate/tad quieter setting earlier in the evening. Awesome drinks and food options for everyone. Only downfall I think is how spread out the furniture is/makes it difficult for conversation if that’s what you’re wanting.

    When we arrived, no one told us we'd be kicked out during our evening for another reservation to show up. The food and drinks were also very expensive for the quality. And the waitress was very rude - she messed up our bills and didn't want to fix it after we told her she had messed up.

    A little difficult to find at first. Great place when it comes to ambiance and vibes. A great place for toasts and to chat and have drinks. Primarily a place to converse. When it comes to food, there's only snacks/finger food, so do not recommend going there on an empty stomach or if you are starving because you will not only be disappointed but still hungry with a hefty bill. Items are moderate to pricey. Overall still a good time though, therefore I'd go back. If you come with a good crowd of friends, you'll still enjoy yourself.
