Waiters more worried about talking that waiting on customers. Had chicken Parmesan. The chicken was so thin and they cooked it so long that it was dry. How do I ask for marinara to eat it? It took 15 minutes to get the check so we could leave.

The food is absolutely delicious. We had the veal parmigiana and it was a great portion to split and the sauce is savory and light. Very good sauce. We also had for an appetizer the warm olives and the roasted red pepper with burrata. So good and we will be back soon. Ricardo and his staff are on point with service and it feels like a neighborhood spot which we love

First time experience with a friend for her birthday. Service was very good. Food was delicious. Was not fond of paying extra dollars for four slices of bread and extra dollars to include garlic. Usually an establishment will comp or discount a dessert for a birthday but not the case here. Nice place but probably will not go back just for the basic principles described.

This was our first time dining here. The restaurant is in a converted retail space. It has a cozy atmosphere. Everything was excellent. The staff was friendly, professional, and informative. The food was prepared to perfection. We definitely will return.

We had a lovely evening. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm. We were greeted at the door and could choose our table. The menu is varied and interesting. The wine list is a bit limited, but the cocktail menu was terrific! I enjoyed a Dirty Martini...excellent! The meal was so delicious. My friend had a beautiful salad..so fresh and good. I enjoyed the Riggatoni...perfectly prepared. My friend had the Linguini and clams and said it was the best! It was a wonderful dining experience and we will be returning soon. Thank you.

It was our first time dinging here and definitely NOT our last. The food was amazing (calamari, Caesar salad, linguini with clams & eggplant parm), service was great as well! We met the owner (Romo) and chatted with him for a bit. We love finding locally owned restaurants in the valley, especially those in Henderson (close to where we live). If you get the chance, check them out!!

Great food and service. We had egg plant which was amazing, Bronzino also amazing, Chicken piccata awesome & Pasta Bolognese all excellent. And to top it off we all shared cheese cake & Tiramisu - both house specialties made fresh in house. Highly recommend Chefs Roma Kitchen

Amazing food as usual! Our friends from out of the country and state, could not believe how great it was! One friend said this is the only place she wants to eat when she comes back and she never liked Italian food before. Wine selection is outstanding. We had such a great time! Thank you!

Chef's Roma Kitchen is outstanding. I go to CRK sometimes 2 times a week and easily 6 times a month. Our family loves the place. Everything on the menu is fantastic. I have nothing negative to say. The items are cooked to perfection and flavorful and fresh and overall amazing. This is the best Italian restaurant I've been to, ever. The lasagna is incredible. All of the fish dishes including the steamed clams are flavorful and super fresh. The salads, appetizers and desserts are the best. To sum up: I love CRK and highly recommend it.

Chef Roma is always creates incredible meals. We've been several times now and have brought out of town guests who now call this place their favorite Italian restaurant! My only two complaints are 1) the $2.50 charge for bread and the 2) people bringing screaming toddlers with them. We had to practically yell across the table to conduct our own conversation because the mother and grandmother dining with the (very high-pitched) screaming toddler weren't considerate enough to remove her from the restaurant. It's a very expensive meal and a very small restaurant. Michelle, our amazing server, was equally upset. Aside from those two things, you can't go wrong with Chef Roma's incredible scratch-made dishes. I've had the Pappardelle Alfredo, the Chicken Parmesan, the Chicken Marsala, and various salads. The Bone-In Veal Parmesan, and the rack of lamb are my husband's go-to favorites!

New ownership, new menu and everything about our meal last night was perfect. Finally a restaurant to put on our "regular list" that's classy, excellent food, and cheerful, experienced service. You know, the kind of dinner where lingering is encouraged and the customer comes first.

The place was unassuming from the outside, but beautifully quaint inside. The food was fantastic and the people who work there so friendly and good. It is worth leaving the strip to go have a meal at this place!

We drive by Chef's Roma frequently but have never been there for dinner. Our first time was last night and we were absolutely blown away by the food, service, and hospitality!
