An absolutely exceptional meal in every way. Great ambiance at the counter, polished service, and one fantastic course after another, all very well paced. Not our first visit to the restaurant, and it certainly will not be our last. A wonderful restaurant!

First 3 dishes were excellent, but it gets worse and worse. Main courses were not outstanding. The desserts are focusing way too much on fancy stuffs instead of getting its taste correct. Overall this is a mediocre experience. Won’t go again but I’d say it’s slightly better than Per Se

There were some special dishes in our tasting menu, but no way worth $1600. There were some problems in service. We had told the restaurant a few days before that my wife cannot eat red meat for a medical reason, but were told that there was no alternate protein. There were dishes piling up on our table like being in a diner waiting for the bus boy to come around. Not 3 star Michelin in that regard. My wife ordered a tea, and didn't like it. She asked for an alternate tea. I told the waiter that I would drink it. He said "If you keep it, I have to charge you for it". And he really did! $9. Our bill was $1600. Really? You have to charge us for that. This was really disappointing for "the best restaurant in North America ". If it were a 1 star restaurant at about $600, it would feel about correct.

I don’t drink, so I ordered a non-alcoholic wine, but was served alcohol. Did not expect that kind of a mistake at a 3 Michelin Star restaurant. Also had to wait quite a while to be offered a second beverage and for the check.

This was truly, the best experience I've had ever since I came to New York. The food was out of this world, every course was one of a kind, you never see what's coming, but you are definitely mind-blown with every single course! I can safely say, I had an amazing first trip to New York.

From the minute the door is opened for you, you are invited into a very special atmosphere. The service is welcoming, friendly, efficient, and precise. Not a clank of crockery is heard as plate after plate of magnificence is delivered. The elegant and sophisticated food, with its Japanese and French influence speaks for itself, and I highly recommend the wine pairing - it is unique and perfectly selected for each dish and even includes sake. To say Chef César Ramirez is a culinary genius is an understatement. Bravo!

Outstanding food and service. Did not like to be made to wait standing up in the middle of a supermarket until they let us in since we were a little early. They should have a waiting area. Also we were only 3 and were sat at a table for at least 6. Not a cozy feeling, Everything else was perfect.

Well, it's hard to describe for me what happened. It is my BD today and I came to this place to celebrate. Everything started well, the service was amazing, the staff was nice, food was good, not 3*, but a strong 2* to me (visited over 40 Michelin-star restaurants, most of them were 2 and 3 stars). The restaurant has an open kitchen, so you can see the processes every second. I was filming to have all that beautiful memories (I wasn’t the only one filming and taking pictures) from my birthday and I was happy… until the chef came to me specifically and with a very unnecessary sarcastic tone of voice ask me if I'm done filming all the gorillas in the room (not a quote because this idiom is new to me, so some words may be different) and without saying anything else just went away. I started crying because that was rude and unexpected. If you want to risk your special day - come here. The rest of the staff was nice to me, to be fair.

A most enjoyable experience was had at Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare. The location was a little confusing to Google Maps but having recalled instructions in the confirmatory email, I located the reception. The restaurant is very clean and modern. Chef Ramirez personally greeted everyone which was a very nice touch. The food as expected was excellent, with a heavy fish/shellfish component all of which was delightful but also a wonderful quail preparation and an unresistable Wagyu supplemental course. The wine preparations were also excellent matches for the food. Overall, an excellent experience.

Considering it’s a 3 Michelin star restaurant, there isn’t much I can say that isn’t already out there. I think in comparison to other restaurants up there like Per Se and EMP, this one has the highest density of unforgettable courses. The recipes are wildly varied imaginative.

This is my second visit after three years. The restaurant has been renovated. Much brighter. The staff is friendly. The food is excellent with lots of surprises. It is pricey but worth it for special occasions.

The food was excellent but not as good as 3 Michelin starred restaurants in France (we recently went to Trois Gros). The biggest issue was that we felt rushed. At those prices it's really a disappointment. We did the wine pairing and never had enough time to enjoy one course with the wine before the next one came out. We really felt the pressure of the next service, which is hugely disappointing for a restaurant like that.
