The Chef's Table menu was created by Executive Chef Marie-Anne Bédard (aka Madame Le Chef). The menu is largely a tribute to the flavors and products from here that our Chef is so proud of: Moving from her Frenzy of the Garden, to her Stag Tataki with sparkling caramel but also her Mackerel cooked at the table, ending with her famous dessert "Chef's Table". Madame Le Chef wants to create a new gastronomic experience to live in. Montreal!
An extravagant cocktail menu has been refined with taste and passion for the guilty pleasures and desires of all. In addition, a fine selection of wines from private imports only is available.
This was a truly extraordinary dining experience. The food presentation was exquisite and the food itself exceptional. Don’t miss the surprise dessert at the end! One of my best dining experiences ever.

Nous avons réservé une table dans ce restaurant et dès l’entrée nous avons découvert un lieu charmant, intimiste et chaleureux. Le personnel est aux petits soins et est de bon conseil.

La carte est de saison et met en valeur les produits régionaux.
Nous avons optés pour la formule avec l’accord mets et vins et nous n’avnos pas été déçu. Nous avons passé une formidable soirée avec un menu excellent pleins de saveurs. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement dont le prix me semble en accord avec la qualité des produits proposés.

Had only time for two dinners in Montreal and this one was extremely special. I went went with a colleague and we enjoyed numerous courses, each explained by a most knowledgeable wait person in advance and when the dish was brought to the table. The meal lasted three hours and the timing was brilliant. Dishes came at just the right time in every instance. They were all exceedingly beautiful and delicious. It was a most extraordinary experience.

As I told the chef after the meal, the Chef's Table is now one of my top three restaurants...ever. The food was outstanding, the service was attentive and unobtrusive, and the overall vibe was innovative and creative. The limited menu changes frequently, and the choices were wonderful. Similarly, the appetizers were terrific (and I could have just had a couple of them and been content!). Most notable was the dessert -- the chef's inspiration of the day. It was presented on a sheet of parchment paper -- and included a variety of ice creams, fruits, and other delightful bits. It was whimsical and delicious. We don't live in Montreal, but intend to fly there again soon -- and eat at the Chef's Table.
Amazing food and wonderful service
Cocktail drinks set the mood just right, The ambiance and the lamp placed at the middle of the table help create a focus on the most important part of this place: the food. A creative menu and a creative way to start the culinary experience. Wine pairing goes very well with the food and be sure to order dessert, a delicious Masterpiece prepared by the chef herself at the table.

My husband and U were in Montreal for a quick weekend. We were so fortunate to get a reservation at Chef's Table. We completely enjoyed the entire evening...the wine pairing provided was spectacular...we will certainly try to return

What a wonderful find! The food was absolutely delicious - fresh and bright flavors, creative flavor combinations and positively beautiful plating. The cocktails were terrific too. The staff is charming and professional, and the (female) Chef is fantastic. All in all, a great evening out with the gals.

Fantastic dinner at Chef’s Table in Montreal. Chef Marie-Anne Bédard (aka Madame Le Chef) is terrific. This is one of our favorite meals in a long time. Everything was absolutely perfect. The food is new, fresh, bursting with flavors and incredibly creative. We started with a great bourbon and maple syrup cocktail - presentation is fantastic with maple smoke - not to be missed. I had the Crudo - delicious sashimi style fish with gorgeous home made sriracha sauce. Scallops were superb. The strawberry and vodka sorbet between courses is superb. Duck was out of this world with fantastic quinoa and raspberry sauce. Dessert is an experience - not to be missed. The spiced vanilla ice cream, truffles, and presentation are unique and really great ... and wait until you see what happens with the menu.....really loved this restaurant. This is modern food at its best, so enjoy this talented chef and team.
Only opened in the first half of 2018, this is a place to visit before it is discovered and becomes impossible to get a table. Beautifully presented and creative gastronomic experience.

The service was outstanding - just the right amount of time left before checking in, humorous and informative waitstaff.
As many of said, exquisite plating of food and everything was delicious (well, the surprise edible menu was ok, not much taste, but I think it is more the originality and fun factor). Also, despite the portions seeming small, everything was so rich and flavourful, that you take your time enjoying it and become full in the overall experience/process. While all four of us originally wanted dessert, no one had room left at the end (we each had an appetizer and main dish).

The dishes you can order from the menu are creative and excellent in the preparation. That is the reason that I would return.
The concept of the restaurant includes the possibility to extend the order (Appetizer - Main) to a tasting menu for CAD 30. Unless you want to add a desert to your menu, I would not recommend that however. What you get for the additional 30 CAD is a desert that is directly arranged on front of you on a paper and includes a variety of deserts. If you like deserts, that is certainly worth the experience. The additional extensions to a so called five or six course meal is basically an amuse bouche and a so called trou normand - calling those a course seems exagerated; in other restaurants you get them for free.
