They were out of Spinach Queso for our appetizer & for our dinner, they were out of Black Beans. The taco beef filling was not flavorful, & it was dry. Not a fan of the food. We won't be returning to any Chevy's Fresh Mex.

This location is housed in the old location of Duffy’s sports bar. The interior looks barren, empty, and displaced. He resembles an empty warehouse with metal chairs and tables randomly placed with some televisions and a slap of paint. Our server Nico was great and the food was OK but the random temporary air conditioner units that sat in the middle of the dining rooms clearly show the locations is very unkept and in need of maintenance. The worst part was while in the middle of our dinner, their entire staff started cleaning up the dining room while rolling around the floor to check for dirt, this all took place at 10 PM when the location doesn’t close until 11 PM. It is horribly mismanaged, and there are far better, Mexican restaurants out there to be patronized.

Chevy's has always been a favorite of mine because I love the food. I also love the homemade chips and salsa. This time, the chips were not the same. I suspect they do not make them in the store anymore, which is disappointing. The Chips and Salsa are one of my favorite things

I’m pretty particular about having authentic, tasty, well-seasoned (vs just overloaded w spicy) Mexican food and their tacos and guacamole delivered. Service was on point. Prices very reasonable.

Great experience, the mangers welcomed us and were very accommodating on our table preferences. The barman Jason, made great recommendations and prepared our drinks to perfection, Stephanie our server was very patient with our orders and brought our food out making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for a most enjoyable dinner. We will be back!

First and last time at this restaurant. We were seated soon after arriving in a section that was mostly empty, except for a 2-3 other small parties. It was only after we were seated that we noticed the portable air units and the warm temperature. I’m not sure how long the AC has not been working, but given the temperature inside the restaurant, the person seating us should have at least made us aware that the AC was broken. We waited about 10 minutes before a manager brought over chips and salsa. He said our server was busy and asked for our drink order. After another 10 minutes, he arrived with our drinks and said our sever would be by to take our order. 30 minutes after initially arriving, our server arrives at our table for the first time and takes our order for the combo appetizer and a kid’s meal. 25 minutes after ordering, the restaurant is filling up and getting warmer and warmer. Our server stops by to see if we want refills on drinks and I asked if there was a problem with our order. She went to check on it and came back within a couple of minutes with both meals. We got our food 60 minutes after arriving. The kids meal, which is $8, is a joke. My daughter got the build your own taco, which included about an ounce of shredded chicken, a pinch of cheese and a mini street-taco shell. Our shared appetizer didn’t even look good and tasted worse. Although we were ready to pay the check and leave within 10 minutes of getting our meal, our server was nowhere to be found. We noticed other parties were starting to get impatient as well. 25 minutes after our food arrived, the bartender finally came over and asked if we needed anything and she was able to take our payment so we could leave. Don’t waste your time or money.

Nuce place overall. We were a large party of 15 & we were seated promptly. we had a prior reservation. When we got there, we were informed the fountain soda machine broken so we had to get canned sodas and bottled water. They did not charge us for the bottled water. The food was very good and the service was good as well.

Been going to Chevy’s and its sister Mexican themed restaurants for several years and the food quality & presentation have always been on spot! Visited the Orlando unit and ever since they relocated due to highway construction to this new location something changed. The new location is not lively, the bar area is very dark & the other two dining areas do not have any Mexican restaurant vibe. Certainly the menu had been downsized, prices up (inflation) but food quality has diminished. Yesterday one of the new special was three fresh hard shell tacos with chicken or pork. Noting indicated that the entire offering would be deep fried. I had to wiper off the grease form the bottom of the tacos and plate. The side plate of beans and rice was cold & not fresh. However, even being understaffed our service was outstanding. Unfortunately it was overshadowed by the bad meals received.

We had a large group to celebrate my daughter’s 12th Birthday and they did a great job accommodating us. Everything was delicious and the service was wonderful. Definitely recommend this restaurant for dinner.

Food was great and our server was nice but I even put it in the reservation and mentioned it was my birthday and you guys did nothing to celebrate it :/ was highly disappointed with that but in all honesty the food and drinks were good. I just won’t be back for celebrating anything but just to regular dine

Food was fine but we waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes for our entrees after we ordered. The servers were nice but the kitchen killed this experience for our large group. The restaurant was not packed so we were in shock this too so long. We were all ready to leave before our food even arrived.

We used to go to this Chevy’s when it was near Disney. This new location didn’t have the warm vibe as the other. And the food quality of the entrees was sub par. I was so disappointed because I love Chevy’s and have for years

It was cute, food selection wasn’t the best. They forgot to bring us our fruit and the fruit was no what was pictured on the menu! The mimosas were not of good value. The desert options was decent. But the food options weren’t the best. There’s so much more on the menu that wouldn’t been better. But the service was pretty decent. I wouldn’t say it was worth $34 more like $24 but I mean it was nice.

We were charged full price for drinks even though it was happy hour. Also charged full price for the kids meal even though it was Wednesday $1 kids meal. Food took a long time to get and some food items looked great while others were obviously sitting in the window waiting. Steak was over cooked. Sodas/waters not refilled.
