She pours that passion not only into the food, but also the eco-conscious business practices at Chez Elle. Paper goods are made with biodegradable corn rather than traditional coal dust, and the café's used coffee grounds find second homes as compost for local farms.

Reserved table was right next to the doors and ordering line which was very cold and busy. Food was alright. Service was uncoordinated.

I did not realize that we would have to stand in line, as opposed to a "real" restaurant. It was very busy and somewhat noisy. The food was great, but the ambiance was somewhat lacking.
