    Was only checked in on once while eating. I would have ordered 1-2 more drinks or apps but no one ever checked on us. I ordered the St. Louis ribs. They were dry and had no meat on them. Ordered the mac, hush puppies, and coleslaw which were all great. Will probably check it again but hoping for better experience

    Something was off for this visit. This was my go to place ten years ago and nothing was excellent but everything was decent, the food was served lukewarm, the butter on the bread was hard and we had to send it back to warm the bread so the butter could melt. The service was Stellar.

    Nice place. Excellent food. Fine service. Robert was our lead server. Took great care of us and helped my friend, who’d never had Barbeque before, navigate the menu selections. Look forward to returning and eating in Robert’s section. Thank you.

    Some food is good. Sweet pickles and cornbread. Burnt ends very fatty, a few good ones. Inconsistent service and food

    Have had really great food here before but they were not crowded at all for 8pm on a Saturday. My wife and I both ordered the brisket and it was was very dry and tasteless, and not what it is normally like. My nephew ordered the Rib combo and said the baby backs were good but the St Louis were really dry as well.

    Love the atmosphere and delicious bbq. It was a bit loud in the high top table area, but it didn’t disrupt our dinner. Looking forward to going back!

    Nice place for dinner and conversation. Noise level was at a minimum. Music could have been a bit better but it was fine. Service was on point. Food was good and carrot cake was delicious.

    There was no meat on the ribs that came on the Q3 combo platter…. Was expecting a diff type of rib i guess cuz We were excited for them but the pulled pork, chicken , burnt ends and brisket were really good! Mac n cheese was good too. Would recommend the shrimp po boy also. Brussel sprouts were hard.

    Had a great birthday meal with my husband on Valentine's Day. Delicious pre-designed multi-course meal with hush puppies, assorted barbecue plate with a nice choice of sauces, great mac and cheese and mashed potato sides and chocolate cake. The service was great and ambiance lovely.

    There was an atrocious & very strong odor of old fragrance 0(maybe covring up something else?)in the air. The water (!)had very strange flavor and was not drinkable. Does the Q stand for queasy?! Awful music. Inattentive service. Burnt brisket tips were excellent.* Ribs had fairly good flavor but were dry. Sauces weee meh. Corn black bean salad had a very strange flavor. Mac & cheese & slaw we’re pretty good tho the slaw had too much dressing. Hot moist towels, while welcome at the end, smell unmistakably like rancid flour! 2 orders of burnt tips to go would be the only way to enjoy Chicago q

    We celebrated a friends 70th birthday. Our server, Gianni (not sure of spelling) was amazing. He made great drink and food recommendations. And the food was delicious. We had a wonderful evening!

    When we sat we asked to move because the seats at the table were super uncomfy and low down. The server gave mad attitude.. even tho we just moved to a booth still in their section? Also there was maybe 2 other booths taken by people so I’m unsure why he was so rude about us simply asking to sit in a booth? Gave us bad vibes and kinda ruined the rest of the time there. He rushed us, he didn’t check in as much as we would’ve liked, (only because we waited awhile for some water) idk I’m assuming he was having a bad day but it just made it uncomfy for us. Food was okay but I think that’s because we were just so turned off by the rudeness that everything sucked after that LOL

    Attractive room, really good BBQ and great service. Our waiter was friendly and attentive and made helpful suggestions. Serving sizes are large and depending on how hungry you are, splitable.

    It’s been years since I’ve been back. I was a little disappointed with the food. I got the flight and ALL 3 meats were dry. Even when I dipped it in the sauces, they were still dry and required a gulp of water or a drink from my cocktail. Sad to say the best parts of the meal were the pickle and chips. If you never had combined the two, you should!

    We came here for my birthday and was a great experience! The hush puppies and fried green tomatoes were really good. We had the pit boss platter and it was more than enough for 3 people. The hot link was too spicy for us though, but all the other meats were really good.

    Haven't been in a while. We were happy to be back. The food was just as good or even better than my family remembered. We were so glad that covid didn't affect the quality, like a lot of our other favorite restaurants. We were seated right away. There was NOBODY in there at 6pm with us, which was a little worrisome at 1st. My family had both ribs, a side hot link, and the kale salad with added salmon. Everything was delish. The chips and pickles are no longer free. So we didn't order them and get pre-filled up like we use to do in the past.
