Love this place! Best margaritas & nachos!

Chilitos Taberna is always a great experience, one of our favorite local restaurants.

Food was awesome, service was great - we loved it!

Food was amazing! Just the right amount of spice and heat to make it tasty. Good value for the price. Staff is super efficient and friendly, always attentive. I come here for a sure bet on an awesome dinner. Also love the decor.

Amazing tacos and such a good price. Also best virgin margaritas. Our server was also awesome, she served me the last two times I’ve been there for taco Tuesday and it was a great experience!

A double date with our parents; we were able to hear each other easily and enjoyed our evening immensely.

Loved spending time at Chilitos Taberna, the food was exceptional. You definitely get way more than what you pay for, it was fresh and delicious. The margaritas were also perfect. My only concern would be having tacos served with some sort of separation, they are extremely loaded and having them all smushed together just doesn’t allow an individual experience of having to enjoy them. I will definitely be coming back!

I hadn't been to Chilitos in a long time. The heated patio was nice and felt appropriately spaced out (for covid). The food was delicious but I ate too much. The beergaritas are pricey but I just couldn't say no!

Good drinks , food was lacking attention to detail and flavour - as this is usually a regular spot for us it was pretty disappointing spending what we did and receiving what we got.

Server was amazing, sucks the tres leches wasn't ready for the birthday but it was good.... I always find back

Really disappointed with this place, appetizer was cold and undercooked. Dinner was so bad that we barely touched it and server was so busy by the time she came to our table we had enough. She took our plates that still were full of food without saying a word. Overall terrible experience. I never post bad service but this was honestly the worst experience we have had in Calgary.

The chicken nachos were pretty good but very pricey. I got an al pastor taco and the pork was way too tough. I didn’t eat it. My partner got a beef taco and said his was good though. Nice atmosphere

This was our second visit to Chilitos Taberna and it was as good as our first. The service was very good and the food was authentic and tasty so all i can say is we will be back for more great Mexican cuisine.

I appreciate the cleanliness, but bleach was used on the chair I sat on and stained my brand new pants.

Food was meh, but the service was great. I won't write them off, but the tacos were dry and burnt.

I like Chilitoes. The fajitas were great, as were the burritoes... though perhaps too much food. What was not so good was the wine.... red wine, really bad. Just harsh.

The nachos were burnt like black and the server was arguing and very defensive about them saying that they are suppose to be “burnt” Then she also was like they are half price. I’m like that doesn’t mean you make them terrible. The nachos were very disgusting. And we ordered the tacos meat was horrible it was like someone like threw a bunch of meat on. It was cold I could make way better tacos at home. Service was terrible never seen a place argue with the customers about burnt nachos. They didn’t even make us new ones when we complained. They went to the kitchen took out the burnt chips came back 2 mins later with the same nachos. Gross disgusting in the mist of covid people come to support local businesses and this they treat people very sad. Will not be coming to this place.

Excellent food and ambience. Feels like a restaurant in Cancun. Lots of outdoor space and really awesome happy hour specials!

taco tuesday isn’t worth it. ordered the three vegetarian tacos and they were all kinda gross. couldn’t finish them.

Out of town family wanted authentic Mexican and Chilitos was exactly that! My 78 year old father in law raved about the barbacoa burrito bowl, my hubby’s burritos was huge and tasty and the enchiladas were delicious. Brother in law had the steak tacos and was a little underwhelmed with his choice once he saw our dishes but they still tasted good. My mother in law’s fajitas were fabulous and were big enough to share. If you are super hungry, or want to share a plate, the burritos and fajitas are the way to go. For a lighter meal, go tacos. The enchiladas and burrito bowls were just the perfect entree size for adults.

We enjoyed the food and the music was great. We dinned outside enjoying the great weather.
We will definitely be back.
