    I really expect the food and service to be better, since it's not a big restaurant. I ordered octopus and I totally regret it. I was starving because that was my first meal of the day, so I ate most of it. The problem is that it was not tender and it tasted extremely salted. I felt like I was checking and my glass of water was already empty. The waitress was not paying attention to that. My mom did not like her chicken breast (a la plancha), and ended up eating the sweet plantains. The salad was not appealing (not fresh). My dad's order was not his favorite either. He had trouble finding the octopus in the garlic sauce he ordered and he also left most of the mofongo.

    Always a great experience and food is delicious not afraid to try new dishes here. The presentation and friendly staff makes my dining experience phenomenal every time

    We had reservations at 5pm. It was pretty warm to sit to have dinner. The window didn’t help or the ac wasn’t cold enough. Service is great. My families food look good and taste good. I had a pernil sandwich and was so dry and the bread was hard. The lechonera has way better sandwich and cheaper. The place is nice and clean.

    The food and service is outstanding, I feel as if I’m transported back to D.R. With the friendly service and authentic food. Tables are spaced enough for your private dining experience. Overall the best experience, I’m here at least once a week. My goal is to try everything on the menu. 😊

    Wonderful experience!! The food was absolutely amazing the most authentic Dominican food since my trip to there. Jiselle was a wonderful waitress and the recommendations she provided were provided, definitely will return.

    The server was very sweet, but they brought my father the wrong food. We didn't want to send it back because we didn't want to wait any longer for the food, but unfortunately it didn't taste good either so my father didn't eat it. We were hoping they'd at least give us a discount since it was their mistake to begin with, but the manager was not helpful at all. Very unfortunate because we had been there before and enjoyed the food, but the way that manager treated us was unacceptable. We brought our father thinking he was going to have a great father's day meal and ended up paying a high price for the wrong food that he couldn't even eat. Never going back there again.

    We were seated immediately which was a plus because it was the start of the dinner rush. The empanadas were amazing and filled to the brim. Most places that serve empanadas they are usually half empty. This one like I said was packed and every bite was delicious. Ordered a kids meal for my daughter, but it seemed to be an adult serving of Chicken and Fries (no complaints here). My Mofongo and my wife pork was amazing. This place is worth every penny and I hope it stays in this location for a very long time. My family and I will be coming here very often to enjoy a great ambiance, service and food. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

    Food was amazing!! Skirt steak with white rice and black beans were spot on. Alafaya address is small. I would recommend you reserve your seats as I did.

    My new go to for my cultural food. 2nd week here. Had to bring my parents. The food literally tastes like my mom made it. You’ll find a lot of places where the tostones and Mofongo are dry. Here the Mofongo is moist and still moist the next day. The tostones were cooked perfectly and a good size. I gave everyone a piece of my pernil and now it’s all their next dish to try. Delicious!

    I took my wife, my mother, my mother-in-law, and daughters there on Mother's Day. They had a good time and enjoyed the food and the service. Everyone was very pleased. Will definitely come back.

    I am super picky when it comes to my Mofongo. I am so happy and thrilled that I now have a new place close to home where I can get the best I’ve had in Orlando. My spouse and daughter also loved their choices. We will definitely be back often.

    The ambience was very calm. The music was Latin, perfect for the vibe. The furniture was beautiful and modern. The interior was beautifully done. The food was amazing. We ordered appetizers and entrees. They were all delicious. I highly recommend the bacalo. The sauce it comes in makes it extraordinary. Also, highly recommended the chimi sandwich. You cannot leave this place without trying it out. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I rate this place 10/10.

    Very good ambience and food. We ordered a few different things and it was all good, nothing but good things to say. The decor was great, the location is easy to get to, and most importantly the food and the service was extremely pleasant. Would definitely recommend

    Had the privilege of attending a private event this weekend at WAOOO is all I can say!!! Starting from the revamped modern look, to the ambience and the welcoming of the owner and the staff, I have to say they really throughly it out of the park on this one. They have a great menu selection filled with many options to choose from. The Chimi, the Mofongo with Shrimp and the Morir Soñando drink did it for me. Everything was delicious. This is a must try restaurant now finally on the East side of Orlando. The East side was really missing this type of restaurant and now we got it. Wish they nothing but success and to the CHIMIKING TEAM amazing job guys!!!! God bless!!!!!
