I have been to chop in different places around the country and been to this location on four other occasions. This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a chop. I was with two clients from out of town and picked chop because it was close to the hotel they were at. Next time I would recommend something downtown. Very disappointing.

The food is phenomenal from the drinks to the starters to the main course right through to the dessert. Absolute perfection The waitress was amazing. The food came fast but not too fast. Still having enough time to slowly work through everything that we ordered. We were a group of seven had come in as a Christmas party for work and everything was spectacular. Definitely did not disappoint. Will 1,000% be back

This ain't your favorite fast food joint! It's your favorite steakhouse! Great food for a decent price. You won't be unhappy with the service and the portion you receive is perfect!

Lots of kids in yesterday and it was loud. Food was exceptional as always. Had the steak Oscar and the crab was a bit on the small small amount portion this time. Recommend always to put the bearnaise sauce on the side and not on top of the steak especially.. you don’t know how much sauce people would want otherwise. Thanks and will be back.

Wow! In and out with drinks and two courses in under 45 minutes. The entrees arrived five bites into the salad. Food was great -wish we had longer to enjoy it.

Overall pretty good. I have had better at other chop Restraunt. Appetizers were not good. Tasteless and not hot. Mains were very good both steak and halibut were cooked perfect and tasted excellent. Between the appetizers and main it was a big difference. Still nice evening.

We usually go to the Keg for special occasions but had a great experience at Chop in Mississauga. Thought we would try this one for our 51 anniversary. Prices were comparable to Keg but a little higher. Steak bites were fatty and over cooked. Prime rib was extremely fatty, about 30% fat and underdone for medium and a bit mushy. Only had 5 small green beans with 2 small pieces of carrot. Small baked potato. Given two very small pieces of bread with a spread to start. They were asking $17.50 for a 9 ounce glass of wine I usually have at my local pub with that pour for $9. I had put in my notes that it was our 51 anniversary but no mention of it or offer of free dessert like the Keg. We will be going back to the Keg from now on.

We started with cocktails, I had the classic old fashioned and my husband had an IPA. The French onion soup was outstanding, so flavourful and delicious. I had the ribeye with wild rice and seasonal vegetables, my husband had the smoked ribeye. Both were cooked to our liking. Then we shared the pineapple upside down cake and it was the perfect ending to our anniversary dinner.

Chop is fantastic! Lauren was our server and she was super friendly and gave outstanding suggestions. My husband I shared the ribeye, so we could try a few other items on the menu. Everything was delicious. The Pineapple upside down cake was fantastic, and Lauren’s wine suggestion paired so well with everything. Will definitely be back!

Food was very good; problem was that there were several items that they had run out of, which I think is horrible for a Saturday night reservation at 7pm. You would think a restaurant with above average pricing, would have enough supply to get them through a weekend without running out at prime dinner time hours. Otherwise everything else was very good.

The restaurant is quite nice but it was very noisy. Our server Lara was very good but we found that is was very expensive to eat here. Maybe for a special occasion but for a casual get together a little too pricey for us.

This was my second time. A great place close to the airport. Plenty of parking. Servers were very attractive, even if it was not their table. We had a large group, was handled very well. Food was very good.

Loved it! I went with my siblings to celebrate a birthday. A great menu w/ something for everyone. The food tasted delicious. Staff is attentive and ensures clientele is satisfied. Washrooms were nice. Atmosphere was great! The layout of the restaurant is amazing. We discussed having a larger dinner party there and a manager was more than happy to show us private dining areas that would best suit our interests! Overall, a fantastic experience. Will be back :)

Our service Elsa, was fabulous! She was very attentive and had a great attitude and positive energy! The only thing I could suggest would be that our pepper mill was empty, and our appetizer plates weren’t cleared until after our mains were served. Our server rectified the situation and we had a lovely dinner!

Top sirloin and Lobster was tasty and good value for $. Melted butter in the tea light stand was an appreciated touch that many restaurants don’t bother with anymore. Ambiance is awesome for a special night out and don’t feel like driving downtown. Would definitely go back.

Server was very polite but she forgot to check refills on drinks, two new drink orders, and got my entree wrong. Had to wait 20 mins for my steak, everyone at the table was pretty much done eating. Didn’t bring kids desserts, had to ask another server to bring them. Other server said that it comes with or without chocolate sauce. Then when original server came back to clear table, she said, “I feel pretty bad so I can add chocolate sauce to the ice cream for the kids”. Manager ended up coming over and comp’ing my entree, and kids refills on juice. Food was great but service was really bad. Hate to say this but if you get Elsa, she isn’t so great.
