Great friendly server, but the food was bad quality. Ordered the go to steak bites, which were unbelievable chewy with some all gristle pieces inedibly so. I did mention this to the very nice server when she asked how our food was but no remedy was offered. The garlic shrimp were overly hot / spicy for most pallets to handle.

We ordered Prime Rib and Filet Mignon; both were very tasty and tender. The steak was cooked just right. The mashed potato was just the way I liked it. Service was friendly, although the server could have come around one extra time to see if we needed more water or drink. We also had to wait quite a while for our bill. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I noticed that the Prime Rib and Filet Mignon serving size had shrunk slightly. The cut is not as thick as before.

We had great service and the food was delicious. Highly recommend trying Chop Steakhouse. They were very considerate in calling us to ask us if we would like to move inside from the patio due to bad weather, which we were glad we did. Thank you again Tim.

This is my 5th time dining at this location and is still my go to place for a great dinner. The food, servers and ambiance was perfect. The manger gave us a special treat (can’t remember what it was) and was delicious. Looking forward to returning, great job Chop 👍🏻

Well what can i say except i love this place , we had small issue and Tim the GM came over to speak with us he was absolutely a gem , made our experience even better !!!! We will definitely be going back food is amazing and never disappoints , I’m in the industry don’t go out often so i appreciate how he went the xtra step to make sure we had a good experience!!! Always happy to eat here! Food, ambience and service excellent! And reasonable for the quality of food you get too. They gave us a glass of Prosecco as we were celebrating our anniversary. Nice touch! Sam our server was excellent and very attentive! We will be back!

What a great experience! We sat in the lounge area for our meal - and had the complete pleasure of having Reuben as our server. The food was delicious - the service was great - and the attention to detail was impeccable. Two of our party have some food sensitivities - the staff went above and beyond to ensure their meals met their dietary needs without compromising the quality, flavor and taste. We will definitely be back!

My experience at CHOP was nothing short of amazing. Immediately upon walking in were greeted by friendly faces who were quick welcome us and get us seated. Our server Siarra took fantastic care of us and was always smiling. Even another server Devon who ran water to our table had a great attitude and managed to make our crying baby laugh. I was very impressed with the food coming out of the kitchen. I had ordered the smoked Ribeye which was very delicious. Shoutout to that grill cook who cooked my steak perfectly. We also had some brief conversations with some of the managers, Tara and Jasmine, who were both very professional and friendly. All in all thank you CHOP team for making my first Father’s Day that much more special.

My brother and I took our dad here for Father’s Day. We were very pleased with the food and will definitely return in the future. I had the Chop Burger and, without sounding too extra, was one of the better restaurant burgers I’ve had in a long time.

It's rare to find a fine dining experience where you don't have to find out how many men died in the folding of your locally sourced napkin. We had the same waitress on Mother's Day as we had on Father's Day, and she was great. The food is impeccable. Just awesome, from burger to soup to salad to steak, everything is spiced well without being overpowering, so the flavour of the food itself still stands out. I wish that they had some plastic options (e.g. cups with a lid/straw, side plates) for kids as keeping my toddler from playing frisbee was a bit challenging, but that's the only issue I have. Easily the best-tasting, least pretentious restaurant I've ever been to in Canada.
