It was our first visit to Chop Steakhouse.. and it was AMAZING!! The service was extraordinary.. I love how they make you feel so special and comfortable!! The food is amazing and we had alot of fun. They even went an extra mile! Since it was my husband’s birthday and they celebrated with us by serving us a delicious sweet treat on the house and a card ..definitely it’s going to be our go to place always. Thank you guys for everything ♥️

I took my wife to chops for Mother’s Day. She had the seared scallops, which she said was excellent. I had the prime rib which was done perfectly to my liking, tender and very tasty, and the service provided by Sirarra was prompt and courteous. All in all, it was a very enjoyable evening

We enjoyed our Mother's day dinner. We ordered the escargot mushroom caps for appetizers they were fantastic, very flavourful. Three of us has steaks, done differently and they were all great. One of us order the seared scallops and loved those as well. The desert trio was a big hit as was the creme brulée. A little on the pricey side, but enjoyed the food alot.

Good service - friendly and helpful. When the staff learned it was our anniversary we received a lovely light dessert gratis - nice touch. My wife's roast beef was fine, my sirloin steak okay (peppercorn sauce was bland). Vegetable dish - beets and bok choy was strange and the bok choy dull and tough. Pricing was okay. Next time I'd stick to the roast beef.

Amazing food and very hospitable staff. We went for Mother's Day, and they handled the busy day with ease. They even gave flowers to the mothers. I would highly recommend. Family friendly but yet upscale as well for date night

The server inexplicably disappeared for long periods of time, delaying our order and leaving us without food for more than an hour after arriving. Our single course meal was almost 2 hours long and the restaurant was mostly empty by the time we were able to leave (after asking another server to find ours to bring the bill). The one round of cocktails we were able to order and our meals were quite tasty but overall the experience was a disappointing end to a great day.

A delicious dinner in a beautifully designed restaurant. The meal, service and restaurant were great. I went for the prime rib and my friend went for the fillet. Both did not disappoint. The beef was excellent but both agreed that the roasted vegetables were perfect. I would go again. And I love that it is one of the few restaurants that is quiet enough to talk to one another, without competing with tvs & music.

Sat in a both in the bar area for Happy Hour, our server was, to say the least, fantastic. The food, as usual, was good to very good. But, the happy hour menu is shrinking and shrinking fast, not sure Chop has the pre-theatre attraction it once had, at least for us. If they expand the HH menu, we will be back, if not probably not!

Drinks and food order were served without a long wait. Apps were very good. Entree of chicken was moderate. Prime rib was very fatty. The au jus sauce was too thick and might be better presented on the side. We would return again, however try another entree item. Staff were amazing!

Went for our anniversary which I put in the reservation. A little disappointed it wasn’t acknowledged. Lakehouse, Keg and other restaurants have done so thus far. Food was okay but value and quality much better at other steakhouses. Servers were nice and location is good.
