The salmon & the chicken were very good but the rice that accompanied was not. Felt like there was something small & hard in the rice. The Prime Rib was not up to Chop's standards. I've had it there before and it was excellent. This time it was very thin with a few random pieces added. I was disappointed

We have been to this restaurant several time. Last night, one person in our party received their steak blue rare instead of medium. They did fix the issue but maybe the kitchen was having a bad night and it really did effect our experience. Will not be back

The 7oz fillet was surprisingly small. I was insulted y the size of the Steak. Was there Jan 3 for my birthday and the steak was the normal size. If this is a cost saving method, you lost me. My girlfriend laughed at the size of the steak. Before this have always enjoyed Chop’s.

We came for Taste of Oakville as a Valentine’s date. The 3 course meal was perfect, from timing to portion to taste, it had everything we needed for a perfect dinner date. And not to mention for the price! Our server was great too, very personable and made the experience even better beyond the obvious of eating food at the restaurant. This was a great experience overall, and I am highly satisfied.

Everyone enjoyed their meals but due to the lack of attention from the floor staff specific asks took a long time like Parmesan for pasta that came 20 minutes afterward and gravy that never showed up. Part of the group went to the bar for a celebratory toast because service took so long for drinks. The place was not that busy but it seems that the night before was and they were out of some steaks. 🙄

Amazing ambiance and night for my gfs birthday. While the food took a bit longer than expected, our waiter and manager were on it and ask how we were doing at lots of intervals. We are pretty chill as we just wanted an enjoyable evening out and did not want to rush things anyways. It was busy and had a great vibe and the food was spectacular especially the Steak Oscar and the Smoked ribeye both cooked to perfection. Thank you for giving her a wonderful night out on her birthday!!

We had dinner with several friends and found the food to be barely adequate. The Steak Bites were very sinewy and fatty; salad was overdressed and the steaks (flank) and sides were so salty. Had a variety of servers.

Excellent food except both kinds of veggies were basically raw. I’m all for crunchy but this was a bit much. Sweet potatoes or butternut squash (not sure which) need to be properly roasted, and the green beans didn’t appear to be cooked at all. The rest was excellent and the sever, Sam, was wonderful.

Impeccable food and service. The manager came by the table twice to check on things and even brought a free serving of bruschetta for our table to apologize for the delay on our entrees even though we did not realize there was a delay. Great overall experience!

My steak was overcooked but the issue was quickly resolved and a new entree was presented within 10 minutes, allowing me to finish my meal at the same time as the others in my party. The complementary dessert was a nice touch!

Great food! Our food did arrive cold but within 5 minutes, they replaced with nice hot food and plates. They gave us a free crème brûlée for the inconvenience. Highly recommend dining here. Great food and service!
