Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavor to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy.     The steak and lobster was the most mediocre steak and lobster I’ve ever had. The lobster was tiny and very mushy, steak was not tender, potatoes were lukewarm and veggies were very overdone. Service was great.

    Everything was great My steak came back undercooked but they were on top of it .. very accommodating The manager and our server handled it in a timely manner and were very professional.. I Would go back and would recommend :)

    Our steak salad was great except for the huge amount of salt spread on the salad. Suggest the chef let the customer deal with salt as salt was at the table. We almost wanted to ask for water to fill the bowl to get rid of the salt.
