We had a great time at CHOP last evening. By shear luck our group of 8 was sat in a private room, which worked out very well as the restaurant bar was very lively and crowded with a launch party for the Sutton Place. Without the private room the noise have been overwhelming. Our food was exactly as ordered and of a very high quality. Steaks were perfectly cooked and the fixings were of a high caliber. Drink service was at times slow, likely owing to the large party in the lobby. Overall great experience and would definitely return.

Food was fantastic. Nice atmosphere. A few minor issues with service. Server was personable and nice, but a little disorganized. We were half way through meal before our wine arrived at the table, despite a reminder (he got sidetracked and forgot to put the order in). A minor nuisance and could have been handled with at least a “sorry” or offer to cover an appy or something. No complaints about food quality.

Delicious! Steak cooked perfectly with THE BEST sear I’ve ever seen and tasted. The crème brûlée was unreal. I didn’t want it to end. Service was excellent. Our booth felt quite private and was comfortable. Can’t wait to return!

the restaurant atmosphere was lovely. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Food was not outstanding but good. My husband and I both got the prime rib. The meat was not very hot and the aux ju was more like a thick gravy. For the price I feel the food should have been better. Our two servers which unfortunately I can not remember their names were lovely. Prompt service and very friendly. Over all it was a nice experience.

First visit. Good time and good meal. Allen was our server and it was his first shift. Great personality, and we had a few good laughs with him. Likely no fault of his, but our only suggestion would be speedier drink service as we waited 10-15 minutes for our first drinks to arrive at the table.

It was our first time and loved everything! The steak was delicious. Our waitress Ava was a sweetie and served us well. I used the open table ap to book 10 people and it worked awesome! As it was booked in 15 minutes. We will return for sure! 😊

MacKenzie Clark was great! Her service was was excellent. We had gift cards, promotion cards and stay and dine cards. There were six of us and she did great looking after all of it! We really appreciated our own room.

Service was impeccable. Food was out of this world. It was a very quiet and intimate dinner for myself, husband and daughter. We celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary at Chops at this is where we hosted our wedding reception. We never go wrong having dinner here. We ordered apps, drinks and entrees. Goat cheese and mushroom dip was delicious, my steak was exactly to my liking. Everything was beautiful. We were greeted with a Happy Anniversary and a glass of champagne which was a surprise. And at the end of our meal we received a happy anniversary card signed by the staff which honestly brought tears to my eyes. What a amazing night. Thank you so much to the staff and chef for making our anniversary special. Cheers to many more!

I don’t usually give feedback but last night during our first time visiting the restaurant became so memorable for us. All the staff are nice and have good service especially the staff named Daniela. The food is also tasty. We celebrated my Mom’s birthday and it was heartwarming because they made a birthday card written all the greetings from the staff. Will definitely comeback! 🩵

The food was amazing, everything tasted so good and the portions were a good size for the price. Pricey but the food is well worth it. I'll definitely go again. The service was great too.

Our group of 8 had an absolutely amazing dinner . The food and service was extraordinary and the owner even brought our drinks to the table as was a busy downtown Saturday night
