This was a business lunch for which I requested a table with armless chairs as the participants were too large to sit in a booth. A booth was assigned, and after some public embarrassment, a table with armless chairs was established and provided. The service was professional and respectful. The food was nicely prepared and tasty.

Our party of five each enjoyed the experience. We have been there as a group on numerous occasions because it is such a wonderful dinning establishment. One of our party sent a steak back twice and the waiter (Chris) and the manager came over to apologize and ended up removing the food tab from his bill. This was unexpected but very much appreciated. Unfortunately the food was not good in any way. Very sorry to leave this review. We previously enjoyed happy hour with a limited menu. Food was inappropriately portioned, not cooked properly and felt like fast food dining rather than high end which would be suggested by the pricing. Steaks were expensive and tiny, fries few and cold, hors d’oeuvres hot, oily and not tasty. Hoping it improves. Staff tried their best to accommodate us which we appreciated.

It was my boyfriend and I’s first time experiencing Chop and it was amazing. The service and the food was amazing. Everything came out very quick. And because it was our first time, they gave us a free appetizer which was very thoughtful and made our experience that much better. We would definitely recommend and will be back!

It's hard to beat my first experience at Chop in May. Our server Brandon and the other staff we interacted with were friendly, attentive, and accommodating, going the extra mile as we were there to celebrate. While our waitress this time was most certainly friendly, she didn't have quite the same vigour. However, in all fairness, she was training so she was new and is still learning. The food, ambiance, and overall quality were still great, and well worth the visit. We will be back again.

Luv this place. Ambiance and de or is great as well as the food. Had the 7 oz sirloin and it was cooked exactly the way I asked. It was my son’s birthday and although I did not tell them in advance, they had a piece of cake right away and offered them a card signed by the waiters with a deal on his next visit.❤️ One little thing that caught my attention was that all waiters seemed to be male and only the hostess and staff that brought our food were females. Not sure if this is a policy from Chop that all waiters must be men but I certainly this is not the case😳

The food was good but not as good as it used to be - servings are small for the price. The service was SO attentive that it became obnoxious. Our server was at our table constantly, not only interrupting our conversations but actually joining in even though we gave her no indication that that was wanted or acceptable. She also decided to wait until we had ordered our food to bring us our wine, even though we ordered the wine first. (It was the only only we ordered and should have been brought right away,.) We expected better and more discreet service for the price we were paying..

Server was extremely slow - saw her maybe 3-5mins the entire meal - took our food order then never saw her again until plates were picked up basically. Then waited over 20mins for bill and take out container. All that on a very slow almost empty night. Not Impressed Food - ok at best. Steak was not a very good or clean cut for a top sirloin - very very chewy and stringy. Fries hard and full of oil - fryer wasn’t change in awhile you could tell. All this considering the price! Wife didn’t have a great first experience and this was my first - I convinced her to go but probably won’t be back.

First time here, celebrating a special day. Server brought over a welcome treat/appetizer as a thank you for giving them a shot. Made great drink recommendations, friendly people, busy night and service was still faster then I would have expected. Manager came to say hello. They would benefit from having a water person to keep people topped up as a little note but they were good to come back after asking. Will happily return for dinner again in the future.

The service was really good but the food was not. Steak arrived under temperature and the whole plate (steak and sides were cold).

The food was delicious but unfortunately they ran out of several items for supper (at 6:00pm) which seems unusual considering it is Father’s Day and was still early. Otherwise, the food was amazing.

The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful! Our waiter, Chris, was nothing but attentive and knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions on menu items. We thoroughly enjoyed both the service and the meal, I was very impressed and will for sure be reccomending this location to friends! Thank you again to the amazing staff who made our visit such a pleasant experience!

It was very nice. Just a bit disappointed that I mentioned we were celebrating not inky father’s day but also my birthday and still paid for desserts. Other tables around us seemed to get desserts with sparklies

This is hands down my favourite restaurant! I have been there 3 times and never been disappointed, their service and food is excellent!
