CHOP was created for people who love connecting, sharing experiences, and everything steak. Chop London is proudly Canadian, locally owned, and only a short drive off the 401. Priding ourselves on creating "The Perfect Steak" from start to finish, Chop is committed to sustainable sourcing, choice cuts of fresh Canadian Beef, sourced from Canadian ranchers. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. We put this same level of care into each of our plant-based, seafood, gluten-conscience dishes, and hand-crafted cocktails.

Another stellar visit to Chop. Food was amazing, chefs are really in their element now, as the steaks and veggies were cooked perfectly. Drinks were well balanced and flavorful. Staff was attentive, without being overwhelming.

Excellent food & service. Portions are good, not tiny, not excessively large. It was a fairly quiet late Monday evening, so our server was also bartending but we didn’t feel for a second line he had forgotten about us.

First time at the chop House. Had a family get together. Nice place to come for a meal. In today's pricey standards it was the normal fare. It was very quiet there as it was a long weekend. I would come back.

This is our annual steakhouse for our anniversary because it’s just amazing! The only thing we note is that whatever level of steak you get in terms of cooked, always go lower. Medium takes more like medium well. Medium rare, more like medium, etc. But overall we look forward to this every year!
