   Food was great! Seasonal veggies change which I like. But some folks might not love. Food is cooked to perfection. Noise was high and music was not very thought out for multi generations. Aimed towards a youthful crowd. I’d still go back. But not a regular visit very pricey.

   Was disappointed with their most expensive steak, their smoked ribeye. It was tough and tasted like it was marinated in liquid smoke. The Veges were tasteless and rice pilaf was just ok. Had much higher expectations and will not be back. It’s on the higher end of price and overall value is just not there.

   Went on Mother’s Day, free Prosecco for the women, nice touch. Great goat cheese appetizer. Ordered 12 ounce New York steak. Half was gristle, mentioned to our waiter, the supervisor came to talk to us. She was very understanding and very apologetic. I understand this was just a bad steak and she was great about looking after the situation. My steak was taken off the bill, and was given a card for an entree next time we go. Love everything about the restaurant, will not hesitate to return.

   Made reservation 2+weeks early and had choice of times. On arrival we were put in the bar at an elevated table which my Mom (89yrs) and father in law (100yrs) could not sit at. We were offered to sit outside in the sun as the hostess said there’s an umbrella. There was one but didn’t give us any shade as it was 28C. They couldn’t do anything about the seating situation. Either stay or leave. Not sure who taught the staff to serve? We had to ask about specials and free Prosecco for our Moms. Drinks dropped off at one end of table even though everyone was totally accessible to be served . My daughter asked for more water and initially she was told to get it herself. Side plates were never picked up so we had to move them away so they can serve the food when it arrived. Dinner came for half of us and the others served 5 minutes later. Food was served to wrong members of table.No salt or pepper. Forgot a side dish. Have been to other Chop steakhouses and food is consistent but better service at McDs.

    The smoked ribeye is the best steak I have had in Saskatoon. Service was good and they give excellent extra service if you have having an anniversary. One steak was a little too cooked considering we ordered medium rare. But overall it was awesome.

    Love the Happy Hour appetizers and cocktails . My favourite place to chill out and have a nice glass of wine with their tempura vegetables and steak bites. Great place, excellent service and wonderful ambience.

    It had been a while and I forgot just how good the centre cut New York steak was. I tried it with a chimmichara sauce and it was great. We also had a Caesar salad and chicken wings. Tasty Dessert was Very good Very nice vibe. A restaurant that has hit their stride!

    Love this place. Perfectly cooked steak, delicious Ceaser Salad. Service is awesome thanks Danielle. You ask for a substitute and the answer is “of course”. One of my favourite places to go just for a drink and appy or for a great meal.

    Awesome. Reservations in the bar for a casual night was perfect. It was a busy night at Chop but our server Brooklyn didn't let that slow her down. From her great service, to the drinks (dirty vodka martini👍), appies and our meals,all fantastic. We will be back.

    Delicious food, hearty serving sizes, attentive serving staff. We had a huge variety of food (Crab cakes, onion rings, steak, burger, fish, lobster Mac and cheese, and desserts) and it was all wonderful. We went for my parents’ 49th wedding anniversary, and everyone was so lovely! The server and manager gave congratulations, they received a card signed by all of the staff and a free mini-dessert beautifully presented with a happy anniversary message. My parents felt very special and these extra touches made our night! We will definitely be back!

    We celebrated a birthday. Our server was absolutely fantastic checking on us frequently and ensuring we had the best experience.
