    Great food, steak was amazing. Service was okay but lacking polish. They made some errors and had to correct them eg. Missing ingredients in the dish. Waitress was very friendly but missing lots of smaller things with service like bringing a can of beer without a glass, not clearing plates, etc. definitely not bad service but not wonderful

    Went for grandma's birthday. She got a lovely card from staff with a coupon for a dessert. So thoughtful! Food was all great and our server was very attentive. No negative feedback.

    Our appetizer was too salty so we sent it back but they switched it out quickly and without issue. Very fast service. My top sirloin was a bit tough but great flavor and my lobster was cooked to perfection. It was a bit noisy, good drinks. For the price I felt I could have gone somewhere more upscale but overall it was a good restaurant but I will try somewhere different next time. 3/5

    Always a nice evening however two of the four of us did not finish their entrees due to being either very salty or just not good. So that was too bad. Service was wonderful.

    We reserved a table for six to celebrate a big day, our 50th. We had a great table, service, food and we all had a great time, especially, my wife. Chop is great value and accommodated some special requests, including the play of our wedding song. That brought some tears, but happy ones.

    Five stars all around. Food was tremendous. Bone in rib-eye was phenomenal. Highly recommended this restaurant. The service was second to none. Michael is a fabulous sever. Will be back!

    It was my first time at Chop Steakhouse. I was very impressed with the food and the service. Our waiter gave us a free appetizer for coming for the first time. The portions were more than enough and my steak was cooked perfectly. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends for a very special dining experience.

    We went for the first time with some good friends to celebrate me and my husband's 17th anniversary. They went above and beyond to take care of us! The complimentary dessert and appetizer, as well as an anniversary card really made us feel special. My husband's steak was overcooked and they took care of it right away. This is a restaurant we will definitely come back to! It's o the pricier side, but it makes for a really nice, special evening out.

    Normally, we enjoy a very good meal at Chop. Last night my steak and that of my guest wasn't grilled correctly. Both steaks were to be cooked, "Medium". However, both filets were seared and blackened on the outside, while the inside was rare or even, blue rare. Too bad as Chop is our usual "go to" steak restaurant.

    We had a group of 10 for a family reunion and also celebrating an engagement for my son. Server was outstanding and very accommodating. We were given seating in a separate level from most people and the noise level was low and we could visit easily. Food was very good although several people did not like beets and zucchini which were the vegetables of the day. (I should have enquired as we could have easily changed them). We were surprised by a special dessert for the couple that was personalized. Very nice touch. Two people asked for a dessert not on the menu and they were able to make it happen. Everything about the evening was great. This was our second time as a group and we will be back again. Ken

    Wow everything was so much better than the good places we went to in the small city we moved from recently! It was a milestone anniversary for us & we were treated very special!
